Depending on when you visit you may have to queue for a time to get your refreshments or tickets. There never seems to be too many people serving which is a shame.

That said you can always book your ticket online and collect it or get it in advance at the box office.

The screens are quite good and there are 16 so there should be something playing at the time you want to see it.

The screens are always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.

We come here at leat twice a month and the staff are always polite and friendly but the toilets are always dirty and they don't have this situation under control. With such a large number of people using a small number of toilets you would think they would make sure that there isn't urine all over the floor in the mens. You really need to sort this out, it's the only thing that let's this cenima down.

We went to watch Mary poppins, the film was brilliant but we wasn’t impressed with having to queue 45 minutes just to get popcorn and a drink! This needs improving.

My first visit after lockdown was probably over a month ago now to watch 'The Conjuring, The Devil Made Me Do it' I went with my partner and we waited for 25 minutes in a queue just so I could get a drink. Because we had such a long wait, we ended up missing the first ten minutes of the movie and had no idea what was going on. When complaining to a staff member about the wait, I was told there was nothing they could do.

My second visit was last night, to watch 'People Do Nothing In Japan.' To start with I purchased Galaxy counters for 3x the retail price, only to find on opening them during the film, they were melted together and well, gross. I didn't eat them.
The worst part of my cinema experience yesterday was the film itself; it was so dark! and the quality itself just seemed... poor? Once leaving the cinema, we got the trailer of the movie up to see if it was just a generally poor-quality movie. It was not. The quality of the trailer on my partners phone was 10 times better than the cinema.

Save your money and watch it at home!

The film was great, unfortunately we were expecting social distancing. I had booked my seats, when we got to them we found that there was a couple sitting in the seats right next to ours (they were not in the correct seats) they moved but we didn’t want to sit in our reserved seats as it was not within the social distancing protocols. I think that staff should be reminding people that they should be in their reserved seats and perhaps following it up. Also, we expected that the seats directly in front of us would be vacant as they are about 1m away but they had people sitting in them too. We wore our face masks as we felt a bit too close to everyone but we were the only one’s within our vicinity to do so!

The cinema is very good. Especially now it has a coffee shop within it and even more, that seats have been put in foyer where you can sit and wait to be let into the screening of the film. Before you had to stand all the time.
Sometimes the sound is too loud in the films but think this is the same everywhere, and sometimes it is cold while watching the films

Visited Cineworld Stevenage to see Spider-Man . Paid £42 for 2 tickets. Went to sit down on the pre booked seats and found sticky drinks on the seat as well as popcorn.
Asked to be moved they gave me another two seats these also covered in popcorn which I had to wipe down.
Terrible hygiene in Cineworld no way this cinema ever gets cleaned.
Complained to customer services spoke to 2 different so called customer service people but no reply’s.
Avoid Cineworld try the Vue.

Went for an afternoon viewing of Bad Boys! The film was scheduled to shpw at 12.10, adverts began at this time until 12.37 which was already a long time. Just as we thought the film wqs about to start and the lights dimmed the screen just went black and we were all just sat there looking at a blank screen for a good 5 minutes before another viewer went to find out what was going on. He came back and said he was told by staff that there was a problem that they were trying to resolve. A few minutes later a member of staff came to say there were some technical issues that were being sorted and ot should be back on in 5 minutes. At that point someone asked if the heating could be turned on as it was absolutely freezing. He went off and we had to wait another 10 minutes sitting in the cold as he did not turn the heating on. The film started at 1pm! The poor couple next to us had to miss the ending as they had to pick up their son from school. This is the worst cinema experience i have ever had. I will not be going back to Stevenage for more delays and a cold room which didn't help the experience.

This has been the first time back to Cineworld since we locked down in Mar 2020. Whilst there have been no changes to the cinema itself, a lot of the staff are new, polite and very helpful. Social distancing was adhered to, and the cinema was in no way packed or overcrowded. In fact we were seated in the back row and there was only one other couple on the same row as us and they were on the other side of the cinema. We were in cinema 15 which is on the smaller side but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment. The picture and sound quality was still good, although not quite up to par with the IMAX experience. The seats are comfortable enough for a 2 hour film with plenty of legroom, but I was just getting restless towards the end. I will certainly feel happy to come back here again, even if restrictions are not lifted further. In fact I can't wait to come back and see the Black Widow.

Watched Jurassic film colours were awful on the screen. It was also over 28 outside and they kept putting the bloody heating on. No Aircon at all. People were walking out halfway through. I've never wanted to walk out so much but had taken family out. Awful experience . And no-one around to make complain to on leaving.
