We went primarily to see the Thompson & Morgan flower display which was outstanding. We went on to eat in the restaurant and visit the various retail outlets and also included a walk around the farm itself

Easy parking then you can visit the shops and go on to the Farm. Lovely walk along well kept paths lots of rare breeds all eager for your attention. The pigs were having a ball running round chasing each other much more active than our visit in the Summer. The 24 years olds had an amazing time build dens in... More

We stopped by on a Monday in October (not high season) and we were pleasantly surprised that everything was open and also as it was not the same time as school holidays, it was not packed either. We enjoyed walking around the farm and seeing all the animals - pigs, donkeys, goats, sheep. The weather was bright and crisp and... More

My husband and I visited the farm on a Sunday afternoon in early October. The farm was very easy to find and easy to park. We started in the actual farm/zoo part and were immediately drawn to the goats. We had a great time feeding them bits of grass they couldn't reach. The meerkats nearby were also very sweet, once... Unfortunately Jimmys Farm is not worth a visit during Autumn/Winter months, especially if you have children who wish to see the animals, etc. The lonesome wallaby looked sad & depressed & it was upsetting looking at it. The butterfly house was open, but it was cold inside and a lot of the plants were dying so it was painfully obvious... More

We visited several years ago before the TV series and could see the potential for this wide open space. Going back this summer, was a revelation - and great for kids. We arrived to have a bite to eat before seeing the Red Rose Chain's Shakespeare production in the forest. The children loved the forest area, the animals, and the... More

Enjoyed an afternoon at jimmys farm. Quite a treck around the woodland if you are not fit but worth the effort. Loved the animals and the restuarant was excellent. Menu not for everyone but staff very helpful friendly and attentive with good knowledge of what was on the menu.
