As a away fan visiting this ground I suppose it's okay. Stewards seemed good enough. The coaches were escorted to a compound next to the away end which is a improvement on the past. The turnstiles to the upper tier are cramped and not the best. The concourse is also small and the bar serving drinks is small as well.... More

Its not a bad ground. Its an old stand where the away supporters are. Not much leg room. First day of the newly named EFL can you believe it they ran out of pies towards the end of half time. no programmes on sale in the away end. Over £7 for a small beer and 2 cokes. Pitch looked great,... More

Came to Ipswich to follow the Pigs Gone Wild charity trail. Our second pig, after Hamlet at the railway station, was at Portman Road. We started our refreshment with a lovely bacon roll at the catering van opposite. Yum, yum!

Well organised day once we know what the long queue was for, unlike previous years it wasn't a free for all during the players autograph signings, maybe they could do a end session in the afternoon as this is what the majority of people have come for. Great to see the club sharing with the community and a lot of... More

Go along, support the boys and get involved with the singing. The stadium is brilliant with a wide selection of food. The football never fails to keep you interested if it be a happy ending or not so happy.

Poor football, poor stadium, Poor club. Marcus Evans and Mick McCarthy have no idea what they are doing and they can't ever beat Norwich! Will not be returning.

Visited Portman Road on the 21st April 2011. Arrived at around 7:30pm and it wasn't long before we were entertained. If your after plenty of goals and entertainment from the away team then Portman Road is the place! Norwich ended up spanking Ip5w1tch by 5 goals to 1! With a cheeky "piss-take" goal by Dani Pacheco at the end just... More
