My five year old has absolutely loved using the paddling pool , weve had two days in Llandudno and she's been in both days . When last here the workmen were just finishing doing the pool up and it now looks great . The pool was very busy on both days yet lots of space around so didn't feel squashed up with others . Toilets near to and little take away cafe too .

Fabulous shallow, massive paddling pool. Top end of town, more parking. Ample sitting room, and little tea shop

Bit the bullet today and took both our grandsons out with the hope that they could keep their rivalries in check for at least a few hours. Don't get many things for free anymore so was delighted that not only was the pool free but parking also, bit of a result. Very large shallow pool no more than a couple of foot deep make it a popular destination for youngsters, bottom could do with a hoover or whatever they do to keep it clean and another slight gripe was they,d sold out of inflatables which didn't go down too well with the kids, however there,s some seating toilets changing rooms and a small cafe that does a few meals ice creams etc so it really is quite well equipped for a nice day out. Water shall we say is cool but it didn't bother them and beside the pool is a small play park so a return is on the cards when we get the good weather again. Now to my review title, you arrive and the first things you see are nice big signs here and there in bold black letters stating no dogs , as you don,t want children or adults dodging wee ,poo or being biten, the amount of people clearly reading then totally ignoring the signs was astonishing, the signs are there for a reason and for people to pay no regard and just do as they pleased is shameful and perhaps they need more and bigger signs, still a good day out

Visited here with my 4 children last week when we had very good weather, the pool was brilliant for the kids and overall quite clean. The one downside was that the only place to get food, drinks and snacks was from a little building with one person serving, the pool was very packed when we visited so I qued up for over 45 minutes just for a bottle of water, other than that it was brill. Best of all it is totally free to use the pool.

Lovely visit to the pool. Water clean and nearby toilets and changing facilities good. Bring your own inflatables, towels and chairs. Free parking on the road. Small reasonably priced café on site. Good weather essential!!
