Great golf course ( but tough) with great views out to sea, the mountains and the Great Orme, and a very nice clubhouse as well. Also well worth a visit for an evening meal.

Hi I am a captain of Edinburgh golf society we have been going to Maseru golf club we must have been there thirty five times in the last forty years there about it always been a great time good food good golf course but this year the course was great but the food was at best awful when we got there we had to wait for our tea our bacon bap it was always there with in ten minutes a pot of tea and the bacon the person doing the cooking came out with one cup of tea and one bacon bap at a time it took for ever before there would be a big pot of tea and coffee and cups you could do your own in no time .That made us all late on the tea we got told off it was such a rush we where at the club in plenty of time .then after nine holes we came in the sandwiches where all on one big round dish it was a mess by the time the last game came in . Then at our evening meal it was beef and what looked like roast potatoes we had three each they where so had they could have been made of stone they must have nown because nobody eat them it was a real bad meal the worst we have ever had in the forty years we have been in existence in the years before it was always not good it was great with a choice it was so poor on the bus going home that's all people talked about we meet next month for are AGM all that happened will be on the agenda ,yours truly mr Larry Riley
