A stroll

A lovely wide promenade to stroll along by the beach in the sea breeze. Plenty of parking too near the toen centre. Great

Llandudno is well-known for it's Prom and Pier and rightly so. The prom harks back to it's Victorian roots and the social aspects of 'promenading' before / after a formal dinner. You can get a good long walk in if you go from Great to Little Ormes and back. There are benches / hotels / cafes etc available for a... More

This wide curving prom was built to allow the Victorians to take the air and show off. I'm not sure much has changed and it does give you a chance to view the curved terrace that is the 'front' and if you are up to it go right up the little Orme at the far end.

Wide, spacious promenade with great views of the sea, the Great Orme and the Victorian Hotels which line the prom. Long and flat it provides the opportunity for invigorating long walks or just a gentle stroll.

The promenade is nice for a walk on any day as long as it's not raining, if it's sunny that's a bonus

This prom has always been one of the best promenade views in the North but it's fair to say that the council are looking after this asset well Lovely view and a great little walk with an attractive set of Historic looking sea front buildings Lovely clean place for a visit, real gateway to Wales and the benefit of the... The best kept victotian front in the UK in my opinion. Grand victotian hotels with top restaurants in many, unspoilt sea front and walk, elegant pier with ice cream to purchase before your slow trundle to the pier end in the sunshine.

Walking this promenade at anytime will guarantee a beautiful view, refreshing sea breeze and perfect photo opportunity. You can start at any point and walk towards the pier or the headland. There is music on the bandstands during summer months. There are also benches for a more leisurely experience (or if you get tired). Nearby shops have takeaway food and... More
