The RNLI is a very worthy charity and institution, and we certainly didn't begrudge wandering along to the Eastbourne museum, but our little boys were quite disappointed at the lack of anything more than a couple of scaled models of lifeboats. They have visited the...More

This is really just a shop for RNLI, nothing of a museum exists apart from two old poster boards at the back of the small room

Well worth a visit although it is quite small and mainly information boards. However the history was fascinating.

A very interesting museum and shop. We often visit lifeboat stations and do all we can to support the true heroes. Reading some of the tales of their deeds is a humbling experience.
