A super easy transaction and open communication throughout the organisation of my private car service to and from the Salini Hotel to my wedding venue. This was much appreciated given that I was planning my wedding from abroad - very thankful that Osbert and I had a zoom prior to the wedding date to finalise details.
I had ordered a BMW and a Rolls Royce for my wedding transportation and the cars were lovely, just as pictured and described, and were very clean. The cars were always at the pickup venue on time.
The drivers were also extremely polite and kind. Fretting that I would arrive at the wedding venue too early, the driver kindly took a detour so that we would get to the venue a little later (but still on schedule). The driver who took my husband and I back to the hotel happily helped us take photos by the car to add to our wedding album.

We were collected at our hotel Ramla bay resort by Carmello. He was courteous and very friendly. He spoke lovely English and got us to the airport safe and in good time. Thank you Carmello.

I'm currently in Malta for what is a 10 day trip to explore each corner of this country and the main hassle I thought I would encounter was transport across the Island, even though there are great networks of buses so I used a chauffeured car from John's Garage for a little bit of convenience and it was the best thing I did! The car was excellent, the chauffeur was kind, patient and informative and I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Malta!

I used John's Garage and had truly excellent service. My mother is 96 and cannot walk far and the driver Ray was waiting right at the gangplank and drive us around Valletta, getting us as close as possible to where we needed to be, waiting while we took pictures or did some shopping. First class service.

Agent met us in time and drove safely to our hotel. The car was clean and comfortable. I would recommend to other travelers needed a transfer from Malta airport!

We booked transfers from/to airport and a driver for the day. We were very pleased with the vehicles and drivers. We would not hesitate to book again.

Never showed up for return journey ,after several phone calls to driver and office, they tell you driver will be there in 5 minutes, after half hour waiting and no show .you have phone another taxi company. Dont use this place

Recent trip from Luqa airport to Bugibba and back a week later.
Airport pick up was 25 minutes late but the minibus to myself was clean and the driver nice and apologised for being late.
However my return journey from the hotel back to the airport...
I had to ring them as they were late and eventually turned up 25 minutes late.
I can accept traffic as an excuse and it was bad however my main reason for the poor rating is the vehicle I was taken to the airport in.
I wa told it was a black BMW which sounded nice. The car arrived with what looked like cling film over the broken drivers headlight!
I decided to sit in the front and when I grabbed the interior handle to close the door my hand was very dirty from what I can only assume was years of grime build up.
Then when we set off the car was constantly chiming away saying that the Drivechain system was in fault - drive with a reduced speed!!
Not what I expect from a taxi service
