This was our 2nd visit to the stables. The communication from this company is great, very responsive. Horses are all well cared for. Staff friendly and accompany you and your horse to the beach. Once on the beach we had a little and i cantered. We booked the sunset ride, unfortunatley the weather wasnt on our side and the beautiful Mauritian sunset didnt show. we paid 12,500mr for and hour for the 5 of us.

This was something I've been wanting to do for so many years! Theres a cute overly friendly white cat that will cuddle up to you when you have a seat during the briefing which is an added plus if youre an animal lover! Steve was really patient and helpful and explained everything very well (something which most mauritians lack!) Since I was a novice I had a stable hand accompany me by leading the horse. The horse i had was really calm, the few times he got agitated the stable hand knew how to calm him down and make sure everything was under control. The actual beach ride was really beautiful and so relaxing, you have to cross the road from the stable to get to the beach which is about 10 minutes. After that its pretty smooth. Overall it was a lovely experience, only downside was there could've been a few more arrows pointing you in the right direction when youre looking for the place.

I looked for a place where my teenage daughter could ride on the beach – this is the place! Already from home, I contacted Arunima (the owner of the stable) who answered immediately and was of great help. If needed she can organize a taxi transport to and back from the stables. Once at the stables Steve did a great job – he judged everyone regarding his/ her riding abilities and gave each a corresponding horse. Steve also accompanied the 3 riders to the beach by horse and also three other staff member followed by foot (just in case for any problems). If you (the rider) give them your handy they also make photos/ videos of you riding on the beach. My daughter just loved the ride – for sure we go to this place again once we return to Mauritius.

My boyfriend and I visited the equestrian centre in November this year. We have such a lovely evening on the sunset ride, we would definitely recommend to anyone, first time riders or experienced. My boyfriend had never ridden a horse before and had a brilliant time! I am only used to riding ponies but Steves reassured me I would be absolutely fine on the big chestnut horse they put me on and I was! We rode in the water and on the beach as the sun set and I cantered behind Steves on his horse, he kept checking behind him to make sure I was ok the whole time. The staff are so so friendly and they love and care for the horses amazingly. Each horse and their stable is clean and they have their own personal giant fan. If we ever return to Mauritius we will definitely be going again!!
