Sampled some great wines - keep some of your luggage allowance to take some home!

Arrived here just to pass some time before returning to our hotel after a walk. Even though it was a bank holiday, the owner welcomed us and showed us around the "museum" and the... read more

We were in the road passing it and stopped off it was tiny with small cellars and a small room with some old wine making techniques and a couple of dodgy looking animals The shop is full of the usual tourist stock but their olive oil is good, the wine is mediocre, the port is good we like to support... We arrived at lunchtime as we were heading back from our holidays. The winery is located right outside Kathikas village, on one of the most picturesque areas of the Paphos district with amazing views. I would recommend it to anyone. Wine tasting starts as soon as you finish the tour, and consists of a variety of red, rose and white... More

The winery is located in the village of Kathakis, about halfway between Paphos and Polis. It's off the main road, so you'll need to be on a tour, or have a car to visit. If driving, please avoid sampling the wines, as some of the area's roads are quite narrow and steep. Wine has been produced there for around 3,000... More

Visited this winery during a jeep safari. Was met by the owner whom directed us immediately to his cellar. All you could see was darkness so you need a light to see in there. Then directed to the 'museum' What a joke,no information, looked something like Madam Tausards. Then the wine tasting, one glass 9 samples, one after the other, same glass, dregs from previous... More

Not sure if it is a proper winery. The museum is a joke, papier-mâché animals and people. No real information. We bought an over priced bottle of something the man called port. No information on the bottle. The wines were questionable and again over priced. This place is best avoided.

Arrived here just to pass some time before returning to our hotel after a walk. Even though it was a bank holiday, the owner welcomed us and showed us around the "museum" and the caves where the wine is stored to mature. He shared some of his wines with us and although I had not intended to buy I can... More

Located in the center of the village of Kathikas which is halfway between Paphos and Polis. It is a very interesting small winery which produces red and white wines which are available for sale.

The winery is family run and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They ask you to have a look around the museum first, which is interesting, and then you move on to the wine cellar. The cellar is small and there isn't much to see. Then the wine tasting begins. They bring some fabulous olives, which are available for sale... More

Cute little winery with free wine tasting. Not a big place but very authentic and pretty looking. Wine is not amazing but the Rose is ok and reasonably priced. They also have olives that they pick from their land and homemade pottery if you would like to buy gifts to take home.
