A great little walk with lots of interest. Great views over SWansea Bay and over to Devon. Great for dog walking. Plenty of local 2nd World War history and great for blackberries and sloes.

Just a short drive from Swansea is the famous Mumbles where plenty of visitors were starting to enjoy their bank holiday. Views are brilliant but parking difficult

Apart from the view, which is indeed panoramic, theres not a great deal to see. Or perhaps it's that there's very little to explain the history and what went on there during the war. While I appreciate its first and foremost a nature reserve, some...More

The walk up the track from Bracelet Bay car park to the viewpoint at the Coastguard mast, is rewarded with a panoramic view of Swansea Bay and the Bristol Chanel. There are seats and picnic tables in a variety of places and it's a good...More

It is well worth the climb up Mumbles Hill because you are rewarded with the most fabulous views all around. Another reviewer has commented that the viewpoint is overgrown and you cannot see the bay - I fear he just didn't walk on far enough...More

Went here after it was listed as a must visit place, what a disappointment, it is overgrown and just a mess, the view point is not worth the walk as the trees and bushes are so overgrown you can barely see the sea or anything...More

There's not a lot going on at the Nature Reserves, but the views across Swansea Bay are superb and there are some quite interesting remnants of army installations put in place during the war. No parking to speak of. Good picnic area.

Free. Great views from the top of view point and also disused battery information nearby. It is really steep. Runners were doing it on day we visited. There are plenty of benches on the way up which helps.
