This place has a great view out the ocean. im here sometimes to relax in the city with statues around. when friends come to visit Oslo I almost always take them here. I would highly recommend everyone to come here at least once.

Sure there are some sculptures in the park. Modern and to some degree also interesting but the big reward you get from taking the walk, (as if the walk requires a reward, it is simply wonderful to stroll along the docks to the outpost, where...More

Definitely worth the walk up till there; Great view over a part of the Oslo fjord, there’s a stoned beach which is great in the summer. If the stones are not your thing, plenty of grass around. Very clean! Allows you to sit and eat...More

We were lucky to catch a sunny warm day in March to explore the park. It was our first day in Norway and walking the park was great way to ease the jet lag.

Perfect place for a quick walk. Nice architecture in the park and wonderful views over one of my favorite cities.

Beautiful sculptures, but it nothing you have to see when you go to Oslo. I would rather recommend to walk around Tjuvholmen and Aker Brygge, because the view is amazing, especially in the summer.

Walked 30 minutes to get here and although the view was nice and its in a very nice area close to the town Hall, there were literally two sculptures. If nearby worth a visit, otherwise wouldn't bother.

Modern sculpture in natural surrounds are always a welcome site and this doesn't disappoint. Please not many reviews and images here are actually a different park called Vigeland Sculpture Park which, in my opinion, is far superior

This place is right by the water, so it is possible to go into the water. It is the perfect place to relax and watch some modern sculptures.
