Loved popping into the New Tromso library up the hill from the dock area. Beautiful stair case in the middle of the building as well as an amazing "Top level" area that opens up views over the city and sea.

It made me happy to see so many children in the library. Some with parents some in groups. Small activities for them were in progress and it made me happy to see how much alike we are everywhere on the planet.

The library is a nice stop during a Tromso city walk. The building is beautiful and airy, and it's great to see such a public service available with WiFi, plugs to recharge devices, and a cafe.
