Enjoy your half-day tour as you invited by Sámi people to partake in their traditions. This tour takes you to a reindeer camp outside of Tromso, where you meet the animals, feed them, and then embark on a sled ride. Afterward, you gather insider a lavvu (traditional Sámi dwelling) for a delicious meal with enlightening conversation about the indigenous people of Northern Norway and to hear joik (traditional song).

I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone! This beautiful spa is filled with the best service I ever received in this city, and I left feeling like I got much more than what I paid for. The building also have a very beautiful story behind it, and much of the story is still in the building.

Would not recommend this place for waxing treatments. Bad service when therapist was given feedback, and no reply after an e-mail about the experience. Better treatments are given at Essens dagspa.

First we got a hot-stone massage, and then we booked the spa-room with a jacuzzi, steam-sauna and fruit. The surroundings are wounderfully calm and they do not stress with the time. The people working there are helpful and professional. I highly recommend the place!

After almost two weeks of hiking around Lofoten and then Tromsø, I was desperate for a massage. I strolled into bryggen after doing some online research (not many options around here!) and booked a 1-hour massage two days in advance. The receptionist was friendly and booking was easy. The massage itself was fine - not the most amazing massage I ever received, but not the worst. Standard Swedish style. I could have used a little more pressure, but didn't bother to tell the masseuse so that's my fault. I have two small complaints: one is that the top towel was slightly too small to cover all of my body (but I have a larger-than-average sized chest) and the second is the music. They must be streaming it from an online service or radio because occasionally blaring Justin-bieber-style ads will interrupt the spa music. It happened twice during my massage and really yanked me out of my relaxation. Their website is only in Norwegian, but I bet they would get a lot more business if they advertised in English!
