This station is just an indoor waiting area. There are no staff to give information for sell tickets. Thee is a nice, small cafe that is open for a couple of hours before the trains are scheduled to leave.
Whilst Narvik station is billed as a tourist attraction, there is actually very little to see apart from a model of the area and a static 'old' locomotive. In my view, you should take the train on a return trip from Narvik to Riksgransen; just...More

As has already been said, Narvik is very small. I seem to remember walking past the bus station on our way to the railway station, which is no more than 15 minutes. The ski lift fjellet is close by too; probably 1Km from the bus station. Just put Narvik Bus Station into Google maps and both the bus and train stations are shown. You can also search for Narvikfjellet.
