I recommend going to the bath on a sunday-friday, then you can pay 230NOK (instead for 270NOK) for the Spektrum Velvære, which is a special area with hot tubs, saunas and a small bar.

Based on the other reviews I read I really looked forward to visiting this location. We were not disappointed but at the same time exactly impressed either. We have been to other swimming/spa locations in Spain and Norway and I consider this one average in size and amenities. The pool area is strictly family and school class zone. There is not much interesting for grown ups without kids in this area. The slides would have been nice but the actual slide is exterior of the building. Yes you start and end inside but on the day we visited it was Freezing cold so not so much interested in an ice cold water slide.
We enjoyed the spa area but again it's a lot of the same.
The place was very clean but as always I am always surprised how Norway just does not do signage. Be sure to ask where you are going before you go in. Lots of doors and know instructions makes for a frustrating beginning. Norwegians are not know for offering up information unless you ask.
Also I wish I had known to take a bath robe. I would have been more comfortable sitting with a drink if I had a cozy robe to wrap myself into. The air can be chilly even in the spa.

We were here as part of an extended family trip. After walking pur feet sore in the aviation museum a visit here was exactly what we wanted and needed.
We found the water park good for everyone in pur party ( ages two to sixty ).

Paid 620nok for two persons to get into the Spa/wellness center, and ended up having to wait for everything.
You basically pay to take a shower and then wait for the rest of your stay…
If you eventually get to use one of the saunas it’s feels not very clean and poorly maintained.
The place is overpriced for what you get and i wouldn’t recommend it.

The are two price brackets, one is swimming and slides the other also includes sauna, steam rooms, aromatherapy showers, ice cave and jacuzzi.
We went for the all in price which was about £25 each. Everything was very modern and clean, the slides were brilliant, the pools were great for lounging, lane swimming or diving. The 'spa' area was separated and was beautifully maintained with all luxurious facilities. Nice for couples or girly special treat.

Compared with other “badets” I visited in Scandinavia, this is a bit expensive, but offers a great water park with a number of different pools and attractions. It takes a good 20-minute walk to reach the park from downtown, but you can also take a local bus going to the City Nord Shopping Centre, as the park is next to it.

Nordlandsbadet is a modern water park with several different swimming pools, waterslides and other "wet" alternatives. Recommended for families with kids of all ages. For adults I really recommend the SPA apartment where you can relax with a glass of beer or wine. Pure enjoyment and the best swimming complex in Nordland county!

Several pools with different temperatures etc., toys galore, a wave pool, a deep pool for jumping, hot whirlpool, outside pool... Please note Norwegians have a different view of privacy. Changing rooms and showers are communal, even though devided by sex. A naked shower and a thorough cleaning is required before you go swimming.

Here you can take your kids for a swim, steam bath or jacuzzi. The place has a couple of water slides, outside pool, diving boards and a wave pool. Food can be ordered inside (hamburgers, fries etc) by using the wrist band you have on your arm.
Couples, friends and grown ups (no children allowed) can pay extra to join the spa in the second floor with 5 different types of steam baths, showers, jacuzzis, wine and beer. Worth a visit.

The towns big pool house with a VERY GOOD Spa (one of Scandinavias best Spa?) Quite good pool areas with good variety and high grade of safety! Children's pool, Bubble-pool, ordinary big pool (with waves every half hour), deep diving pool, extra heated pool, pool with adjustable height, small outdoor pool, canals.
Plus the spa, which is not the biggest spa, but it has high standard. Two bubble-pools, one inside, and one outside on the roof, so it is a pool with a view. Different saunas and showers, and a good variety of massages at a reasonable price. All you need for some hours of relaxation. A good thing is that when you have bought access to the spa, you also have full access to the rest of the pool house.

What is the cost of admission into the pools for an adult ?
FrodeLind76
Bodo, Norway29 contributions
New prices: before 15:30 it is 150 NOK, and after and in weekends it is 170.
If you want full admission, also to pools in second floor which is the SPA-department, price is 280 NOK. I recommend the SPA, one of Norways best, and compared to others this is less expensive - good value!
