Very busy station, both for local trams and trains going in and out of Vienna! There are facilities for travelers here: restaurants, coffee shops, Tourist Information Office, etc. Elevators are available for those carrying big luggages.

More like a decent city airport. Big wide open concourse, plenty of signs, impossible to get lost or feel hassled.

Well informed station and a taxi stop that you don't need to prebook as It is honest in Vienna. A thumbs up for the management.

This revamped modern train station will get you on many levels in all sorts of directions away from Vienna ... Information and ticket sales are easy to find ... and the place has got a great number of shops and cafes to go with it.
