This are was covered with a huge Christmas market which was excellant, you can see the buildings around and a bit of the square, nice area.

An impressive monument dedicated to the great Austrian Empress Maria Teressia. The buildings around are also very interesting and, when the time is right, a big Christmas market takes place around the monument.

The major attraction of this park is the huge statue of Maria Theresia. There are other statues with her, I'm assuming they're famous people. There are beautiful flowers and coiffured evergreens. What's missing are more benches to sit down. Located nearby are some famous museums...More
