It was very interesting for me to see some tropical species because ive always been interested in butterflies. Actually i expected a little bit more but it was still enjoyable. It was a warm day so it was a bit uncomfortable when we got in there because of the temperature and humidity. Otherwise ive got some experience with the butterflies-... More

The location is great and the outside looks promising, but the price is not worth the visit. It took us 10 minutes to visit the garden and flowers and 5 euro's per person. 1 adult and 2 kids. I could have better spent my money elsewhere.

Came to pass the time while it was raining. The place is very small but we got to see some butterfly activity. Not sure if the price is worth it, but if you have a good camera I guess you can spend more time in there taking pictures of the butterflies. It's nice and warm inside so it's a good... More

Generally speaking, expected to see more butterflies..maybe they were sleeping/hybernating on Friday,Dec 2nd. Maybe you should ask before entrance how many butterflies are actually in the hall which is very small so the tour lasts for 15 min top; only one bench to sit down.

Good price but so few butterflies. Not anywhere as good as was expecting and certainly not as good as others have been to back home.

This was a lovely experience butterflies all over the place sitting on trees and a beautiful little waterfall and a small bridge that you walked over and the waterfall that you could look out from the inside. For such a small place it really was delightful. Cost of entry 5.50 euros

Great place to visit, costs €6.50 for adults. Lots of different butterflies to see and you can take your time around the area. Really nice park close by too, would highly recommend!

Passed this butterflyhouse, and the women couldnt resist visiting. So we did, and we dont regret. Lots and lots of beautiful butterflies in various sizes, colors and patterns. But dont go in wearing to much clothes as there is very warn and moist. Well worth a visit for ALL ages!

This venue was very disappointing. The only English translation was a sign saying "do not touch anything at all", but the information posters about the life-style of a butterfly were only in German. There were only two species of butterfly to be seen, and not too many specimens either. It was very hot and humid, but the coat & scarf... More

This is one of the Vienna must- see. It is a small place and it might seem a bit pricey but the joy of the butterflies, of the exotic flowers and of the kids touched by the wings was such a great experiences!

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
