Unique acoustics in baroque ambience, rousing sounds on period instruments united with the beauty and power of great music. An insider's tip in the city of art and culture, which ensures an exceptional evening to all music lovers and represents one of the highlights during a Vienna visit. The St. Anne Church is a historical proof of the beauty and playfulness of the Baroque. It provides a magnificent and authentic atmosphere and lends the concert a high-quality and refined setting. Thereby, the music achieves exceptional quality that leads the audience to dreamy listening. Our musicians acquired their art skills at some of the best-known music academies in Europe and play in concerts with renowned Viennese orchestras. Do not miss an attendance, because selected works by Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven and other composers who have lived and worked in Vienna are best interpreted in our cycle of concerts. The classical concerts are presented in the form of string quartets and include specific pieces of chamber music - in this context we present on selected days Franz Schubert's greatest work of chamber music "Death and the Maiden" on historical instruments, which we highly recommend.

This concert was the perfect length for a nice evening activity. My wife and I went last minute and we don't regret it. The church gets a bit warm because it is small. However, the intimate atmosphere makes the entire experience that much better. The...More

A string quartet performing Mozart and Franz Schubert. The venue was St Annes (Annakirche) Catholic church, built in 1519, a small space, whose lavishly constructed marble interior provides a feast for the eyes. We arrived early, and being the first to enter the church, made...More

We enjoyed a great concert yesterday, with a little less known work of Mozart and Beethoven. Very good quartet, they enjoyed it themselves visibly. Church is beautiful, good acoustics, benches are a bit small and very hard. Together with the unusual hot summer , it...More

I would recommend seeing this concert in any other season than summer, and do not sit in the pews - sit in the chairs along the side! We saw this concert in late July, and, as such, it was quite warm in the church, even...More

Great Mozart and Beethoven in a smallish but wonderful church. Make sure to get there early; the best seats are not in the pews in the middle but in the duos of columns of chairs on both sides of the pews. The chairs are well-cushioned...More

St Anna's Church has such a beautiful altar - a sight to see. I went to hear Beethoven and Mozart music play here. I really enjoyed it.
