Book online as they fill up fast, we took the City Hot Spots tour and loved it- never rode a segway before so we were nervous but it was great fun and the highlight of our day. Helpful tip: You can get a 15% discount on the tour price if you have purchased the Vienna Card.

We had a really lovely 3 hour trip around Vienna - it opened our eys to places we would never normally have visited. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Looking at various means of transport, the Segway is certainly the best way to explore Vienna, to get around and see as much as possible in only 3 hours. Paired with the excellent guidance by Charles it was an awesome afternoon in Vienna: going around the Ring, along the Channel to the Prater, to Augarten (home of the Sängerknaben and the Augarten porcelain), crossing the bridge into the 9th district, learning about the test drives with the "Lohner Porsche" in Berggasse which were much disliked by Siegmund Freud at that time due to the noise the tests caused.
Professional introduction into (I) how to master the Segway and (ii) what you should know about Vienna.
Again: thank you Charles and the whole Segway Team!

We were travelling with kids @12years old, and since they were tired of so much walk, we rent the segways and this was a fun way to explore Vienna. It is easy to drive, even by kids, and since you can use the bike trail, you can easily explore the city even without a guide. Kids loved this, and adults as well :)

Three of us decided to see parts of Vienna this way, including one reluctant participant.

We were trained, given time to practice and then taken to Maria Theresia Platz to have a little safe, solo wander. Then we were off! For me, I loved it, even though my toes didn't trust what was going on and felt like they were gripping the standing pad the whole time.

The pacing was good, with plenty of pauses while our guide told us stories and answered questions, and one big stop to get off our Segways and have a break and a drink (which we each paid for).

We had lovely weather, a friendly guide (thanks Natalie / Nathalie) and even our reluctant friend really enjoyed herself. In fact, she did a subsequent Segway tour in Prague.

Myself and 6 friends booked the 3 hour tour for my hen do. It was amazing. Our guide was Dimi who was really friendly, hilarious and knows a lot about Vienna and it's history. The tour itself was a great combination of history and off road fun.
Dimi was very patient with 2 of our group who were not so confident on the segway - they made it for the whole 3 hours and had a great time! We were all sad when the tour ended. We saw so much of the city and were able to whizz along the Danube Canal at top speed, which was such fun!
We had 2 first time segway users and both of them have said they would happily do it again.
The team at Segway Vienna are lovely. Thank you so much for such a memorable morning!

1. Eat your brekky before you start your segway tour. Chance to grab a quite bite is abt 2 hrs later.
2. For first timer n slow learner like me, I manage to get the hang of it maybe about 30 mins later. Even then I find it stressful to manage to listen to the recorder that hangs around the neck n trying to listen while balancing. The rest doesnt seem to have the problem though so just me.
3. Guide is kind enough to keep a lookout for folks like me. Good that he gave info briefing at each location stops.
4. Once u get the hang of it, segway is a great way to see Vienna city. Clear distinct pedestrian n wide bike paths. Fun to zip through town in segway
5. There's a short break at the cafe with a very rude waitress that tells you literally then get up n leave if you do not order anything despite i was there to join back group having drinks there and they are getting to leave in few minutes n there are still lots of empty tables around. I can understand where she is coming from but she could have put it in a nicer way. Leaves a bad aftertaste for tourist and first impression of vienna service standards. I take it as cultural difference and bad english expression.

We had a great time going on these Segways! We have been on other Segways before but this was certainly one of the most personal and friendly experiences we’ve had. The small pouch on the front of the Segway had a complimentary bottle of water and a poncho if it rained (luckily for us it didn’t).
The ride was a good mix of sightseeing and faster riding by the canal. A really nice touch was the souvenir photograph they gave us at the end of us on our Segways!
Would highly recommend this tour.

Dear customer, many thanks for this nice review! We are always especially happy when customers notice our tour details, such as the mix of sightseeing and having fun while driving faster, or the bottle of water we provide on each tour, and of course our souvenir photo that we hand out after the tour for all our customers! We are looking forward seeing you again on our next tour in the future! Until then have a nice time and all the best!

We saw so much and enjoyed it all. Great info from our guide Dimi (love u) and the audio guide that we carry around.
Vienna is so clean/beautiful/well laid out it is now my favourite city.
Lunch recommendation was perfect too

Vienna is a fantastic city for Segway as roads are wide and flat, and Segways share designated paths with the bikes. We loved our tour with Dimi, who was super friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend this as an introduction to orient yourself with the major landmarks. The shop and equipment are well maintained and professional. Special thanks to Andrea and Dimi for making alternative arrangements so we can enjoy this wonderful tour!
