Zuverlässig und pünktlich sowohl bei Fahrten zum Flughafen als auch bei der Abholung, freundlicher Kontakt am Telefon und von den Fahrern, preisgünstig.

During my visit to Vienna I book a taxi service with this company both from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.
I arrive in Vienna by plane on time, I turn on my phone and receive a message from the company on wa, I communicate the position and they tell me to wait about 6 minutes for the driver to arrive. I move outside the arrivals area and after about ten minutes I always ask on wa for updates and they tell me which driver is waiting for me inside the airport with a sign indicating my surname... it's a shame that as soon as I return they tell me that by mistake other passengers have used the taxi reserved for me.
The only concern was to recommend a taxi company present in the arrivals area.
As far as I'm concerned, bad experience and bad organization.
I took a taxi outside the arrivals area which cost me twenty euros more.
For the return I canceled the request and only made use of the excellent service offered by the hotel where I stayed.
