The most beautiful place in Vienna

I think that Belvedere is even better than Schonbrunn. You should decide by youself, but it worths a try.

We enjoyed this visit and saw many artists' works that were unfamiliar but we did see and do a selfie at The Kiss. Lunch was good but crowded.

Well worth a visit. The better art is in the upper house. Klimpt, Monet, Mannet, van gogh etc. Beautiful setting and there was a small Christmas market there when we visited also.

Go. Second floor. Great collection of Klimt including The Kiss. The palace itself is ok as are grounds but reason to go is Klimt. The view across the back of the property is pretty spectacular.

Absolutely loved the museum - probably top 2 in Europe. The palace itself is kept in exceptional condition and is curated perfectly. You cannot take photos inside the museum for the longevity of the paintings, however they do have a copy of 'The Kiss' in a room adjacent to the original that you can take a photo with. Ticket prices... More

Debo Apartments are located near the palace, one tram stop. The museum setting is excellent and inexpensive.

We went to the Upper Belvedere especially to view the Klimt and Schiele collections. The palace itself is worth a visit, but the collection is well worth a trip to the Palace Museum. The famous Klimt "Kiss" can be viewed here along with his other works. Along with the younger Schiele you are introduced to the Secessionist artist along with... More

Worth the visit just to see Klimt! We went early in the day and it wasn't too busy so we could walk around at our own pace. Definitely worth a visit!

I was not impressed with this palace only because I am not an avid appreciator of art. If you are than this is the place for you to visit.

A nice imperial palace which contains many amazing paintings made by famous European painters. The palace has also a nice garden which can be visited. In December there is also a Christmas market with traditional stuffs. The palace was not very crowded so I could enjoy every part of the palace that I visited.
