- Tim Fischer1 contributionFANTASTIC!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best evening in Vienna This was a great show, the only issue we had is they changed the venue location and we weren't aware until we went to the original venue. Lucky for us we were early enough that we were able to cab it over to the new location, which was literally across the street from our hotel. The show was amazing though, would highly recommend to anyone that wants to experience Vienna.Visited November 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten November 4, 2023
- Iliuska D2 contributionsBellissimo concertoVery nice place and friendly and helpful staff. The Christmas concert, even though we listened to it on December 9th, was really enjoyable. The songs chosen were very well known and this made many participants or all spectators. Some pieces, apart from the classical ones, were a classic version of pop songs, like last Christmas and all I wish for Christmas... and this made us sing as well as listen... In short, a truly beautiful experience... ah, obviously the musicians were very good!Visited December 2023Traveled with friendsWritten December 9, 2023
- Nermine ABujanovac, Serbia6 contributionsSpirit of Vienna! 😍It was a great program exclusively and assembled by Michal Hudak, Music Director of the Wiener Royal Orchestra with the great soprano Anna Ryan and very talented dancers. We enjoyed every part of two hours program and it was the best of or choice to buy tickets for this great concert. It worths the value of money, so I really reccomand it for everyone who wants to feel the spirit of Vienna. Thanks to the staff and Adrian for making our stay more enjoyable.Visited December 2023Traveled with friendsWritten December 9, 2023
- Besarta Z2 contributionsFantastic concert! The concert was not just a performance; it was a journey. The Vienna Royal Orchestra transported the audience through time and emotion, creating a magical atmosphere that lingered long after the final notes. A night with the Vienna Royal Orchestra is an experience to be cherished—an impeccable blend of talent, artistry, and the timeless beauty of classical music. The orchestra’s interpretation brought out the emotional depth of each composition, leaving the audience enthralled. We enjoyed a lot 🤩Visited December 2023Traveled with friendsWritten December 9, 2023
- Nan H107 contributionsSublime Musicians in a Magical SettingThe decision was made last minute and the tickets were purchased in front of Saint Stephen’s cathedral from a costumed ticket seller in the Viennese pedestrian downtown, so we didn’t know what to expect. The concert and entire experience exceeded our expectations by 1000%! The selections from Vivaldi, Mozart, Strauss, and Beethoven were sublimely performed in a venue that is small enough to make every note audible. We sat second row, and to our enjoyment, the musicians were smiling and clearly enjoying themselves. They played a phenomenal concert and then, because the audience was so appreciative, they played three encores. The Concert Master arranged three Stevie Wonder songs as the encores, which made it really fun. They received a standing ovation. The venue is beautiful and baroque in decor, making the entire experience totally unique. It was the highlight of our week in Vienna.Visited December 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten December 10, 2023

- Haveblue56 contributionsDelightful Evening.First of all the venue is amazing. It is in The Haus de Industriestive Hall. It features an 8 piece orchestra led by a conductor who plays the violin. The program features 15 works by Mozart, Strauss, Vivaldi, etc. There is a short intermission. I had attended another program when I was in Vienna (or Wien) several years ago. This was far better. The acoustics were excellent. The musicians are all professionals. Several of the pieces are augmented by a Soprano or a pair of dancers. One of the things I enjoyed most was the eye contact the performers made with the audience. They would give a little nod to show their appreciation for your appreciation. We weren't disappointed and you won't be either.Visited April 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten April 7, 2024
- giovanni c2 contributionsIt all happened by chance.April, Sunday 21st – The day of Vienna City Marathon. It all started at St. Stephen’s Sq the previous day. A young man (Anvilo) stops us and proposes an evening at the theatre for a classical music concert at the House der Industrie and gives us a detailed leaflet. Then we call the information office of the venue and the voice of a reassuring young man (Kleisti) convinces us to take the “risk”. At the entrance, polite and helpful staff help us to our seats. Once in the beautiful Kaiser Saal, the clever choice of the pieces, the excellent musicians directed by the talented violinist Michal Hudak, the young “light” ballet dancers and the exquisite soprano made the audience so involved to participate both silently and warmly clapping their hands in synchrony with the drummer. All those ingredients resulted in many encores and made the perfect evening of an unforgettable experience. Congratulations to the Wiener Royal Orchester, the concertmaster Michal Hudak and above all to their unvaluable managing director Adrian, we met just before we went out. Bought tickets from a guy outside St Stephens Church in full regalia and brochures advertising the concert. He explained that there were 3 prices bronze silver and gold. We said we'd go for silver and he said he'd "upgrade" us to gold. The tickets cost 50 each. He provided a map and detailed instructions how to get there. So we got to the venue only to be told it was not the correct place. We were directed to a building formerly a church but now a school where a large hall had a makeshift stage. The building was very interesting and the concert consisted of 9 musicians, two singers and two dancers on a makeshift stage, no bronze, silver or gold here just wooden chairs. The musicians played well but it was not the sound or venue we were expecting and certainly not worth 100. I felt it was a very underhanded thing to do and it left a very sour taste for the evening. I'm sure I wasn't as disappointed as the elderly couple behind me who showed up to what was effectively a school hall in full evening dress. Shame on you Weiner Royal Orchestra for perpuating this charade. Be honest and tell people it's a scaled down version and for God's sake make the price reflect that. Lots of disappointed visitors. Photos show where we thought we'd booked, his map, the brochures, where it was on, the room.

A very nice guy (Arlind) came to me while I was leaving St Stephan's church and offered this experience. He convinced me and my wife right away. After paying, we started fearing It was a scam. Tickets were hand-written, they were just approaching tourists, and when we got to the hotel, we investigated and other reviewers said it was a scam (and a quite expensive one). We reached to the place they advertised, expecting the worse, but it all turned out great. It was a beautiful experience, expensive, but not as much as an opera/concert at the Opera itself, few musicians played beautifully, singer was great, dancers were awesome, the place was impressive, though acoustic was not spectacular... nevertheless, our expectations were surpassed. We paid 35 Euros, dressed casual. There was no mandatory wardrobe as someone else wrote, and we got 50% off drinks (which with that rebate matched what you would pay at a bar). Totally recommend it. Don't get fooled by the Gold/Silver/Bronze prices.

The orchestra played not only Mozart and Strauss as advertised on the brochure, but also Beethoven, Schubert and others. The soprano is Anna Ryan and she is superb. We were treated as VIPs. Management and staff do an incredible job. All are curtious and professional.

On our recent stay in Vienna, we were fortunate enough to attend a wonderful 28 piece orchestra performance at the beautiful Vienna Royal Orchestra.
This facility is classic and gorgeous, and the seating was comfortable. The intermission was efficiently hosted by enthusiastic volunteers. All of the staff at the Vienna Royal Orchestra were both knowledgeable and helpful.
If you get a chance to see a performance at the Vienna Royal Orchestra, don't miss it!

The best evening in Vienna
This was a great show, the only issue we had is they changed the venue location and we weren't aware until we went to the original venue. Lucky for us we were early enough that we were able to cab it over to the new location, which was literally across the street from our hotel. The show was amazing though, would highly recommend to anyone that wants to experience Vienna.

Combien dure le concert mozart & strauss à la Wiener Royal Orchester?
Written January 15, 2019
If I purchase a bronze ticket, does that include a cd and refreshments?
Written July 25, 2017
No. We had tickets (silver I think) and managed to sit in third row. Seat only. If you want best seats in your category best to skip drinks and head straight into hall to be seated early.
