Visited the Aqua arena while on a ski trip one afternoon and it was empty. The main pool is only 25 metres but had lanes put in for a serious swim.
Everything was clean and it cost 7 euros with your ski pass.
The place has slides and a fun pool. Probably better in the summer. Just don't forget the Saunas you must be naked or the locals frown at you.

Nice place to spend a day or an afternoon in case of bad weather. There is a nice pool for children/adults where to play, two good slides, another pool for “serious” swimming, and a bar with billiards and other table games. We found it clean, not too noisy and not too crowded. Water temperature is good (about 28-29°C). Only a bit expensive if compared to a similar structures not far.

It's a rather small establishment, comparing to other spas and wellness centres in Austria. Not that it's bad, it simply does not have such a Wide offer of saunas. It's clean and cheap, but you get that feeling of a well-maintained yet still old pool from the eighties.

Went hear 5/6 days after skiing in February. The staff were really friendly. I had the best massage ever and the spa is a cultural experience with the sauna being so hot I thought I would melt and so clean you could eat off the floor! Very impressive steam rooms and varieties of sauna. Loved it and it kept my poor muscles going! Opportunities to rest and 2 enormous pools with a great pool for kids also.

Tried to get in a relaxing sauna and pool experience, but it didn't work out so well. With our ski pass we were told it was 48 euros to use the pool and sauna! We arrived at 6pm. Once inside, the locker room was not so comforting and the lap pool was freezing! The other pool was jam packed full of so many people it was hard to stand. The entire place inside the pool smelled of fries and beer from the restaurant and people eating along the water's edge. Once out of the freezing pool I thought I could enjoy a warm shower but that was not possible either. If you are looking for relaxation after hours on the mountain, perhaps you should look elsewhere. Was really surprised there was not a better place for this in such an environment as awesome as Kitzbuhel!

After a hard day of skiing it was great to have a calm swim in this great facility. There is a children's pool with water jets, slides and coloured lights. Also a great unisex sauna, but please do remember to take everything off or you will give yourself away as a foreigner!

If you are not afraid of germs or bacteria/fungus this is a good place, not great. If you expect an Indoor Water-Fun-Park to be clean, stay out.

After a long day skiing, the kids really enjoyed there time in the pool especially the water slides and the fact that you were not under any pressure in leaving the pool made it a lot more enjoyable and relaxed.

Visited on January , the sauna was OK , the pool was too cooled
There are no hot pools so it was very disappointing for me and my friends.
No like other ski resorts in Austria (e.g. Mayrhofen..) it's lack of an outside hot pool.
After a long day of ski i would expect to have a hot pool for relaxation :(
In addition don't forget to bring your own towels, you will get one for free if you'll do a massage

The pool was quite quiet when I went because the lanes were being reserved for triathletes practicing and the main pool was almost empty. I went for a massage afterward in the wellness area which was lovely. It is slightly bizarre in the way that you get a ski card to enter, a token to get a locker key, and you have to get the token back from returning your key to exit! Navigating the changing area wasn't as straightforward as I thought it would be, but I eventually found the pool. I needed a guide to get up to the wellness area though. More signs would be helpful.
