E-Bike excellence
Oct 2019
Booked an e-bike tour through our holiday operator after calling in to Element3 during the welcome session on the first day of our holiday. I was immediately impressed by Tim's infectious enthusiasm and signed up for the great offer price for the lead ride.

Must admit I was a little apprehensive beforehand - never having ridden an e-bike, a mountain bike or used disc brakes. My cycling experience was limited to the road only with rim brakes and I was well out of condition.

I needn't have worried, Tom set about putting everyone at ease from the off - from the quick safety check to make sure we could handle the bikes, brakes, gears and electric power. Throughout the ride Tom was patient, reassuring and inspiring.

He made sure there were regular stops to regroup in case anybody got delayed at a junction, or had any difficulties with the bikes. We all enjoyed the experience and benefitted from Tim's local knowledge of the area, seeking out tracks and trails where we could appreciate the electric assistance provided.

Great day out, if you're in Kitzbuhel would definitely recommend you give e-bikes a try at Element3

We were affected by resort closures arising from the Coronavirus epidemic. Despite numerous complications, Christoph and all at Element3 were highly professional, cheerful and friendly. They could not have been more understanding or helpful. Thank you. Will be back when next in Kitzbuhel.

Where to start? Two years ago my then 7yr old daughter and I went to the French Alps, for her first ski trip. Poor equipment, large class size of diverse ability levels, instructor with a ‘why can’t you do it’ attitude and she hated every minute, though she does loves the snow.
We came to Kitzbühel primarily for tobogganing - the worlds longest sled run is only 35 minutes away in nearby Bramberg (it’s great fun by the way!) A friend suggested to let my daughter try snow boarding - didn’t think it would go down well but we watched some you tube vids of first lessons - to my surprise she said yeah I think I’d like to try that.

Got in touch with the folks at Element3 after some research, explained them the situation and they completely put me at ease. They hooked us up with Jacob, Swedish snowboard instructor who was so chilled, had my daughter laughing and joking the whole time. Excellent one on one instruction, very knowledgeable and articulate.

We arrived to Kitzbühel one competent skier and a complete ski-phobic, we’re leaving on Sunday as a competent skier and a bonafide 9 yr old snowboarder who’s very happy. Top top marks and thanks so much to the team at Element3 🙌🏼

Dear P4816EXrichardj. Thank you for your kind feedback. We are delighted to hear that your daughter had a great time snowboarding with us and have passed your comments on to Jacob. He was really pleased to hear your trip was a success and said that he really enjoyed learning together. Armed with your new skiing and snowboarding skills, we hope that your snowsports adventures continue to be fun and enjoyable. Wishing you and your family the very best for the future and hope to see you again in Kitzbühel. Element3

Travelled to Kitzbühel with my wife, 6 year old daughter and friends of ours who have a 4 year old son. My wife and I booked a private lesson and we had booked 2 group lessons for the kids of 2 hours each. Our private lesson was very good, except for the fact that the slope we were on was not quite appropriate for beginners even though it was designated a blue slope. My wife had a nasty fall which shook her confidence near the end of the lesson. We felt however like we made a lot of progress in those 2 hours and decided to book another private lesson. When we re-booked we mentioned that we found the slope we were on a bit too challenging, so the lady at the ski school recommended an alternative which, as it turned out, was far more appropriate. We made a late change to the lesson too, which the team happily changed for us without any issue. The kids’ first session went relatively well, although it was clear they found it a little repetitive and weren’t that keen to go back. We therefore swapped their second session for a private lesson and paid in the difference. Within an hour my daughter was weaving her way down the training slope unassisted! I don’t think they’d have made it off the little practice slopes if we had stuck to the group session. A lot more expensive, but the progress was incredible. The group lessons for younger kids seemed more like a daycare centre. Overall though a very good experience with E3 with friendly, helpful staff and wonderful instructors. I would not hesitate using them again if we ever find ourselves in Kitzbühel again.

Dear UKSaffa, Thank you for sharing your feedback and we are really pleased to hear you had a positive experience at Element3. The excellence skiing progress your wife, daughter and her friend have made is fantastic. Learning to ski confidently is a great skill and we hope that your skiing journey continues to be successful. However, we also recognised that we still have room for further improvement and really value your comments. As a result of your evaluation, we have decided to implement additional staff training. This training will ensure students in both Kids Group and Private lessons receive the best experience possible. Thank you once again for skiing with us and wish you healthy and enjoyable summer. Hope to see you and your family back in Kitzbühel very soon. Best regards, Element3

Wonderful experience
Dec 2019 • Family
Our children, 8 and 7, had an amazing experience at this superb ski school. Our daughter arrived terrified of skiing and opposed to trying it, having had a traumatic time at another ski school in Italy two years earlier. From day one, she had a ball. Every instructor was kind, attentive, fun, sensitive and encouraging. She attended school with complete pleasure for five days in a row and now says skiing is her favorite sport and wants to come back next year. Asked how to rate ski school on a 1 to 10 basis she answered: “10 million!” She progressed at an incredible pace. Our son already loved skiing and pronounced himself more than satisfied. He, too, made great progress, loved his instructors and had a blast. They clearly take care in hiring the very best, dedicated people.

The cycle up Kitzbuhelhorn is a must and doable on an e-bike
Oct 2019
Rented excellent off-road e-bikes from Element 3 where the staff were as good as their bikes. Our first ever outing on assisted bikes and despite being in our 70s we did as advised and cycled up the Kitzbuelhorn. This has to be one of the best mini-adventures in the Alps for ordinary folk. There are of course many other cycling possibilities locally including an easy downhill route on Hahnenkam for families.
