This museum is worth the visit. Located in the old town it encompasses the Hofkirche and the museum upstairs. You will appreciate many different « Stube » and more classical museum rooms. Stools, furniture, artifacts from Tyrol will give you an overview of the local art.

Highly recommend this museum. Probably one of my favorites - handmade items from Austria from beautifully carved and painted furniture to interesting religious items to guns, iron works, glass and painted baskets. Amazing artistic talent. Wish the gift shop was better.
