Thanks to Anna for this awesome full day tour of the Dolomites and the Lakes.
Anna was the most gracious and insightful tour guide and we had a lovely day with her. She guided us through the history of Austria and Tyrol between locations and had a full day itinerary for us to see the most gorgeous locations. She even knew the best locations for photos and helped us capture some pictures of this amazing day.
Amazing!! Thanks Anna

We had a wonderful trip to the Dolomites with our guide Marin and 4 friends. Marin was amazing giving us valuable information about the country as we made our way to the Dolomites. We were so happy we chose this tour and this company. Anna and Marin were easy to work with and if I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Great tour, great guide, great car (a new Mercedes)... A bit too ambitious for a one day trip. Better to see the lakes in the morning (before noon) and the Tre Cime and Dolomites after.

Dear Alexandru, thank you very much for this message and for being our welcoming guest. We have been doing this tour for 3 years as a private tour and already had our experience in the best route for this tour according to knowledge of traffic jams, operating time of buses and the busy time on the lakes. You cannot do the order you offered as bus to Tre Cime do not operate late afternoon, and it is too many crowds on lake Braies before noon. So we provide it in the way to maximize your time in Dolomites and to avoid crowds of people as much as possible. Please do not forget, that guide was able to find for you restaurant with gluten free food in Siesta time, and tour plan worked in the way that you was able to avoid strong rain in the middle of day and see lakes and Dolomites without rain. Please believe, that here people work who know what they do. If we were to travel to your country, we would ask local people for advice on how to organise our trip in the best way. Best wishes and trips to Europe!

First of all, a very big thank you to Anna for organising this trip despite late notice and busy schedule. We really appreciate that. The trip to Neuschwanstein starts straight after leaving Innsbruck as the road there goes through beautiful Alpine scenery as you cross the boarded to Germany. The destination is way more than just the castle itself - actually it's two castles - it's also a Bavarian village, beautiful forest surroundings and a lake with the Swans. Anna provided us with all the details and history that surrounds the area. We were taken to all the best spots to ensure we can truly experience the Neuschwanstein Castle with all its perks. We've also been offered to go on the longest suspension bridge....but we passed this time. To summarise, if in Innsbruck, well worth devoting one that to get out of the city and visit Germany and experience the amazing place that the Neuschwanstein Castle truly is.

It was an intense, but exciting tour. Everything was planned great and our group visited the most beautiful places in Dolomites. Everything you dream to see when you are looking though your Instagram feed was included in the tour :)
I like that we ate in the perfect places with the views and local food - that was just amazing.
Thank you for this exciting experience!

What a fanstastic trip it was. Probably one of the best tours of my life due to the Beauty of the Dolomites and its lakes. However, this would not have been possible without the Guidance from Anna. We were an Indian family of 6 people with young kids and our aged parents travelling together from Singapore. Before I had even planned my detailed itinerary, I had contacted her to get some guidance. And she gave fantatsic guidance on my overall trip planning considering our families challenges and what we were interested in. My entire Austria-Central Europe Trip of 12 days was actually planned based on her tips and availability of this tour. THANK you Anna.

We husband wife, both could have driven in this route, however, if you want to enjoy and soak in the beauty of the alps, then definitely think about this tour. Its very reasonable cost specially if you have a big group.

For this tour, Marin was our Guide and he was so good friendly. He adjusted the schedule of the trip based on our interest, stopped in wonderful beautiful spots to take picture and even took us to a place where my kids could have seen/played with snow (since it was summer, did not expect snow).

Overall this was a trip of lifetime and no doubt Best of the Best. Don't miss it.

One of the highlights of our holiday in Innsbruck was this tour organised by the very pleasant and pretty Anna Tirol. She’s so nice making us more comfortable during the 12 hrs tour. The tour itself is amazing. It was a long tour but the sceneries during the tour was out of this world, so worth it. Lake Braies is absolutely stunning! The Tre Cime di Lavaredo is breathtaking. Both Lakes Misurina and Dobbiaco are beautiful! This particular tour is a must for all travellers and I highly recommend Anna Tirol to you all to organise a private tour for you!

My husband and I recently participated in a private tour through Anna's arrangements. Our guide, Marin, was amazing!! He arrived on time to our hotel reception area and spent the day driving us from Innsbruck to Bavaria so that we could visit the Neuschwanstein Castle. It was incredible! Marin talked with us along the drive and told us so many stories and shared details that we would not have gotten otherwise. He stayed with us every step of the way, right up until we entered the castle, so that we would not get lost. Know that one cannot just 'show up' and purchase a ticket to this castle. We saw people try to do that and they were gravely disappointed. Working through Anna and Marin, the 'ticket lady' was ready for us and there was no delay or question that we would be able to tour the castle. The information was interesting! Note that there are about 200? steps within the castle itself. As an aside, there is another castle within sight of Neuschwanstein, and my husband and I also got tickets for it. It was wonderfully authentic and rustic. The guide within the castle was excellent and allowed for questions. Marin accompanied so there was no question where to go. It allowed for a very comfortable, 'non stress', beautiful day. On the drive back to Innsbruck he shared even more information about Ludwig II to augment what we had learned. We had an excellent experience. Yes, this event costs money, but we felt we really got our money's worth! Anna's communication was helpful and reassuring. Marin was an excellent guide and we highly, highly recommend Anna for our arrangements and our guide Marin was absolutely wonderful. What a great memory!
