Ted handled multiple transports for our group across the Tryol including 2 transports for my wife and I and transports for our party of 10 (including equipment). He is timely, charming and extremely knowledgeable. Recommended to us by friends who have used him multiple times over the last several years. I could not recommend him more highly.

We have used Ted several times now for transfers to lech and continue to be very impressed. He is incredilnly reliable and punctual. His vehicle is spacious, easily accommodatimg 3 large suitcases + and the transfer is very smooth. A Diamond Trip from Obergurgl to Innsbruck Airport with Ted's Transfers. As a group of 8, we booked a private transfer back to Innsbruck Airport with Ted. It was a comfortable and stress-free way to cap off the trip. Ted arrived on time with his spacious and sparkling clean vehicle. Ted greeted us with a warm smile and a helping hand, expertly loading our luggage into the ample van. With eight happy skiers comfortably settled, Ted's smooth driving whisked us away. He navigated the snowy mountain roads perfectly, ensuring a relaxed journey. Additionally Ted being a ski and snowboarding instructor himself was able to share great advice about ski resorts that are more family oriented etc. Overall I cannot fault the experience and would be my first choice if I l visit Innsbruck again

Can’t recommend Ted highly enough. I’d booked him for a transfer from Innsbruck to Obergurgl but due to bad weather in Innsbruck (a not uncommon occurrence) our plane landed in Munich. Ted communicated with me frequently and having transferred 2 of our party who arrived on a different flight that somehow got in, he did his best to get the rest of us to our resort. When it became clear he wouldn’t be able to do this due to other commitments he went out of his way to arrange for another firm to pick us up.

Ted was amazingly friendly - one of the best transfer services we’ve ever booked. He was prompt picking us up at the Munich airport and shared lots about the area during our drive to Obergurgl. On the return trip he took us on a more scenic route to avoid traffic which was fun as we got to see even more of the mountains and country side. Definitely recommend!!

We booked Ted Transfers again having used his excellent service in February 2023 in fact we pre booked him when he picked us up for our return journey to Innsbruck airport for our trip in February 2024. Ted communicated with us a month prior to our arrival to confirm flight details. When we walked out of arrivals there was Ted's smiling face to welcome us back. From the moment I booked with Ted's Transfers communication was quick and efficient, even recommending a return transfer as he could not fulfil the return journey. I found Ted's transfers on trip adviser as a result of the excellent reviews I read . 2 friends and I subsequently booked him for the transfer from Innsbruck airport to Obergurgle. a long drive ( approx 1 hour 15mins when conditions are normal) . Ted was reasonably priced ( our hotel offerred a transfer at 25% more as Australians that is quite a premium ) and so we chose Ted. Cut a long story short; Ted was so good that we immediately booked him for our return trips days later. 2 of our party booked a transfer back to Innsbruck airport and I booked him to take me back to Munich airport . Ted is a rare gem; he is on time, efficient, knowledgable, excellent driving skills (needed in the alps) , customer focussed, empathetic ( I had had a ski accident so Ted helped me with managing bags and guiding me when arriving at Munich airport) . Ted speaks English (first language ) and German and has a friendly easy approach towards his customers ( a nice change fom the surliness of most of the locals) I could not recommend Ted's transfers enough!
