I will start with the important Bottom lines:
1. Great taxi service
2. Very reliable. always on time.
3. Drivers are polite, nice and safe. No phone calls during the drives, no loud music and safe driving.
4. Competetive prices spanning over a lrage geographical area.
I trekked the AV1 in the dolomits in September and needed 3 transports. I was a difficult customer since I changed the pickup points and dates a few times according to the weather and our physical condition. Service was great and they really made the effort to accommodate for all our needs. Also the drivers themselves were spot on time and professional and the cars were new, comfortable and clean.
I highly recommend them.

Traveling with a group of 12 skiers the management was responsive, on time and understood the need for space to transport our ski equipment. They supplied us with two 9 passenger Mercedes vans which provided plenty of room for passengers and luggage. During our two week holiday we were transported from Innsbruck to Saalbach, Saalbach to Stuben and then Stuben to Innsbruck; as well as earlier morning delivery to the airport. The drivers were extremely professional and communication re pickup and delivery times took into consideration highway conditions and changing weather, making our holiday very stress free.
This is definitley a company we will be using again during a repeat ski holiday to Austria in 2021.

I have been using this company for the trips to St Anton for the last 2 years.
They always provide reliable and great services. Late last night I requested the last minutes' change in my pick up time. This was accepted and confirmed immediately.
They dropped us off from the hotel to the airport this morning. My daughter left her jacket in the taxi (she realised this when we were about to board).
I e-mailed the company and they called me back immediately. By this evening, they arranged for it to be sent back to my address in the UK. They also sent me an e-mail with the tracking number! What a fantastic service. Thank you. See you next year.

Having looked up Alpina Transfers’ reviews, it looked like we were lined up for a trusted, reliable, and pleasant transfer. This did not match our actual experience. Having agreed to meet us in a Mercedes’ Viano from 2022, stating that the company only supplied V class vehicles, the driver arrived late in a van that was10 years older than what had been described. We were rushed in, and our luggage was casually thrown about - not at all what we were expecting. On the way back, the driver was inflexible about times, stating we couldn’t get a V class if we wanted to go a mere 15 minutes later - having earlier told us that the company “exclusively” provided these cars. When we contacted them on WhatsApp, following our booking, we were ignored, and when we called to clarify important points (I.e. if extra time was needed for the drive back to the airport, owing to traffic), we were repeatedly ignored.
In short: a car will most likely come, and the driver will most likely be there, but it may not be what you paid for. And upon raising this with them, don’t be surprised by their sneering and dismissive responses. They are eager to take payment and then shunt you on as fast and carelessly as possible, in order to make money off their next customers.

I booked AlpinaTaxi after wanting a premium reliable transfer to Italy from Innsbruck Airport. Their website looked premium, how wrong I was. To begin with the driver had spelt my name wrong on the name board which was fine I could just about make out it was for me. I work in the travel industry and this is not the best first impression when paying a premium for a private driver…the driver did not speak 1 word of English, which was not ideal. The driver proceeded to spend the whole journey with his phone to his ear speeding up the mountain again not ideal. When we arrived at what we thought was our hotel he wasn’t sure and started reversing towards the edge of the mountain, I was screaming as honestly I thought he was going to reverse off the side of the mountain.
30 minutes before our return taxi was supposed to turn up I get a call from a very rude man saying our car would be 50 MINUTES delayed. I was confused and asked why and if they can offer some kind of discount (which would be normal if any car was delayed or any normal company would have sent a replacement car without us knowing) he told me no as it wasn’t his problem? it was something to do with a tunnel? He got incredibly rude, unprofessional and abusive. In the meantime I found a lovely local company who came within 5 minutes to take us to the airport. Please do not use this company they are unprofessional, rude and horrible to deal with. I’m not even sure their drivers are insured as the man on the phone hinted they weren’t. Avoid at all costs.

We have booked at transfer from Innsbruck airport to Alta Badia at the end of Feb. Upon arrival at the airport, we could not find anyone waiting us. Then, a representative came to tell us to wait for 5-10 minutes since the driver was running late. 10 minutes gone, then another 10, and another 10. The representative said there was a blockage on the roads, so he late. However, it was surprising to us that everyone else from our flight were picked up and gone. After 45 minutes, the representative still said the drive will be there in 10 min. I asked for him to show me on his app where the driver is then. He was still 20 minutes away! That’ll make it over an hour late and totally not honest up front! It was not a good start of a vacation!! We left immediately and got a metered taxi instead.

Great Taxi Company! Excellent service. Once we landed at Innsbruck airport, we were welcomed at the Arrivals by our driver Murat, exactly as agreed.
Perfect, smooth trip to our final destination.
Same on the way back. Murat arrived to pick us up 15 minutes early!
I will always use this Taxi Company in the future.

Transfer Innsbruck airport - St Anton.
We were traveling as family of 4 people, with grown up kids. A van was ordered a day in advance on the company website - we had quite large size luggage as well. The travel was confirmed then with a Mercedes Vito.
At the arrival, we were proposed to take Audi A4 which is much smaller and hardly lets 4 passengers in..
As the preordered van was said to be stuck in traffic jam for another 2 hours, and that we had only this choice - Audi A4 now or wait at least 2 hours.
Price is equivalent, and we were offered a “generous” 6% discount on price.
Just to compare - Uber is 37% less expensive for the same class of the car (D class), but no cars were available.
As a result we were traveling in a squeezed condition at a ridiculously high price.

Booked via web to pick us up from Innsbruck and take us to Soll, even though our flight was half hour early driver was waiting and took us direct to hotel without fuss, clean Merc with friendly driver. (Discovered later was €30 cheaper than local taxi) We shared a lift back a week later so cancelled, they were readily available by phone and required email to cancel, which was very efficient, would recommend.
