I had never been here before for a birthday but thought we would give it a try. We booked a birthday party a month in advance for my daughter who is turning 5 and had talked to them over the phone about all the details. We also had been emailing back and forth and I had an email the day before confirming the number of kids and they said thank you everything has been confirmed. When we got there they had no record of my daughters birthday being that day and realized they had actually cancelled the booking. They said this was due to not paying a deposit. There would have been no problem paying a deposit but no one had followed up with me about paying it, no one asked just cancelled our party. Either way we were still able to jump and get a small party room. However it was a disorganized mess and more stress and a headache than anything. Atleast my daughter had fun though but after a massive headache and $700 down the drain needless to say I won’t be coming back.
What upset me the most is that they would not take responsibility for it, basically saying it was my fault I didn’t pay a deposit. I just wish they would have called and asked me before cancelling everything when I talked to someone over email and they said everything was good to go… very disappointed

Very disorganized and staff don’t know what they are doing. Had my sons birthday at the New West location, Thomas is very rude and should not be in a manager’s position. I was told one thing over the phone by one of the staff when trying to do what I was told Thomas’s first response was “I am not entertaining any phone conversations.” Maybe train staff better so wrong info is not given out over the phone. And try to figure out a solution instead of saying them same line over and over again. Thomas is not professional at all. When we arrived there was no parking and tow trucks towing cars. Inside staff disorganized took forever for us to actually get kids jumping. The party room area smelled and the floors were disgusting. One staff dragged a bag of garbage leaving liquid all over the floor then they mopped it leaving the floor even more wet. Very dangerous with kids running around. If you are looking for a stress free party DO NOT book here, nothing but stress planning and having party here.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could.
I have never been to a business with such awful costumer service. The 2 staff members behind the counter need to get some training on how to deal with costumers. Do not give this business your money. I will never go back and will tell all my friends not to go as well.

was our first time there and We are VERY disappointed in our experience.
We had a reservation for my son's birthday party.
We got there at 12:10 to sign the waiver and sign in.
We didn't get to start jumping until 12:40.
They were completely unorganized.
Now the time party room at 130pm. We all stood around for the waiting for our pizza and cake until my husband came looking for someone to ask for it. So that came . Next he had to go ask for paper plates.
And then after that, paper towel.
Staff was rude
They should really be limiting the amount of people in this place.
And there should be staff overlooking the Jumping area.
I had tried to write in to them after our experience. They never replied.
Thumbs down !!

Very unorganized, horrible service and understaffed!! We paid a ton of money to throw a birthday here and it was horrible! We had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our party room and our pizza order was wrong and cold. The kids came back crying multiple times after getting hurt from other jumpers. They have no one supervising on the trampolines. They say VIP service during the event is included…Haha they threw some styrofoam plates on the table in the room with the pizza boxes. Never saw anyone until they wanted more money for the goodie bags which we already added when we booked it online. The company is a total scam and we will never go back!

I would love to give this business 5 stars, unfortunately they have almost zero positive customer service. I called, I booked, they said we'll call you, they did, we asked for a time they said no, and suggested an alternative, we said yes. They took the deposit, 5 minutes later we realized not the right date, called back got voice mail, left a VM with details. No call back, called the next day left a VM with details, again no call back. Finally 5 days later we got a call back and said you can not request a change over the phone you must write an email. So I did immediately, 5 days past no contact, so I called. The man who answered the phone said we do Not change bookings ever. What kind of business can't accommodate the simplest of situations. People talk and social media shares people’s experiences, how can this company expect to survive when they can’t take care of their customers?

It was very cold in there, no heat on. The bathrooms were filthy with water all over the floor from a plugged sink. Water on the floor in the change area from a water bottle No one to wipe up spills.(My husband did it). The other children were unruly, we had to stay right beside the children. Then when we left to leave, someone had taken my shoes and thrown them into one of the red birthday party bins. Fortunately a lady saw a person throw them in there. The staff did not seem concerned at all. It was very expensive and a really long line up. Not a good place for grandparents taking small grandchildren. They should have a non-jumping grandchildren fee.

My kids have been here for bday parties and loved it. My almost 7 yo wanted to have her bday there so I wanted to check it out more. We went as a family (5) on a Sunday. Too busy. Waited in line almost 45 mins to get in. Cost 100$! For 2hrs. Cant reuse previous jump socks, seems very wasteful.
It was fun jumping around but not enough staff. Older kids pushing smaller kids around alot especially in bubble ball area.
But lots of extras and bigger inside than I thought. Though we won't be having her party there as it didn't feel safe or I'd have to watch like a hawk all the kids...

Terrible customer service. Over charged us. Refused to fix their mistake. The place is filthy, bathrooms are filthy. Over crowded and unsafe. Nobody enforcing the safety rules. Customer service is abhorrent. Just go ANYWHERE else.

I Arrived today at 3:00pm with 7 kids.
There was One staff member on site. The bathrooms were disgusting! No toilet paper, waste all over the floors. The facility is not clean. It definitely would not pass a Fraser Health Inspection.
I sent an email to the owner advising I put in a complaint with a Fraser Health. Please see picture for his response. Absolutely unacceptable!
