Bright interior, unusual red/pink theme, open 0800-1100 daily I believe. Certainly worth stopping by if you are in the area.

This is a beautiful little rococo church - the next step beyond baroque. I only took a quick peek as mass was being celebrated ... in Latin! I haven't heard that in awhile.

Linz has many old churches and it might be easy to miss this one--in fact we walked right past it once as we wondered about before seeing it later and deciding to take a look. We were quite impressed with all aspects of it. Even if you have already seen 2-3 other churches in Linz this one deserves a look if you find them impressive.

The chapel is a baroque one in a defunct monastery as are all others in the centre of Linz. the number of monks and nuns are all elderly and their number is dwindling rapidly.

If you have got time, just drop in. It is wonderfully decorated, a real rococo gem. All the decorations, the chapels are very nice.
