We made many beautiful photos at this place with so much art. The entry wasn‘t expensive, too. The hole place was on a rooftop, so we had a very nice view.

The Linzer Hohenrausch Museum is great fun for children, families and adults. The art and technology displays are engaging. However, the real fun is the tower, outdoor beach area, rooftop garden and children play maze. All of these are designed above the museum roof structure. GREAT views across the city. I would skip climbing up church steeples and just go here for a view. PS - on sunny days children (and maybe some adults ) can cool off with bathing suits at the rooftop water sprinkler area.

Expensive, boring, pretentious waste of time but it got us out of the pouring rain and we did get a good view of the city from the roof.

At first we were not sure what to expect. The theme of the exhibits was water when we visited. Lots of artists images of plastic pollution of our seas and the dangers for refugees crossing waters seeking asylum. A few exhibits were so "out there" that we weren't sure if they were in progress or completed but that's the beauty of art. The engineering exhibits were spectacular! It was really fun to experience the wide-spread venue in which the exhibits spanned from building to building and even through an adjacent cathedral to provide one of the only times we were looking down instead of up in awe from inside a cathedral. Views from a top the tower were among the best in town. Young and old would love this entertaining museum.

We loved this - had to be fit to climb to top of boat structure but amazing water park on top fun for little ones - take swim suits and towels. We enjoyed the amazing views over Linz and the cafe up the top and all the weird and wonderful exhibitions with a theme of water on the way up!
