Very beautiful part of the old town. Many Restaurants and shops. Lots of photo opportunities. Get their early to beat the tourist busses. Parking is off site. Well worth it. Beautiful old buildings. A must do.

It is beautiful during all seasons. Hallstatt is a small village. Take your time to walk around and enjoy the view. The city square center is very cute. Great place for a pictute. There are toilets nearby and lots of restaurants and gift shops.

Great little square with some cute little cafes. The window boxes are stunning! It does get crowded, but just wait for the tour group to pass and you'll have it all to yourself!

This tiny market place is full of bright colours and unique buildings. It’s so tiny that you almost walk without noticing it. Cute place.

The village is indeed breathtaking and cozy. It's like living in a small village as seen on Disney movies. Many shops inside the square too but not much food variety.

It was fine when I was there from May 20-23, though not sure about current conditions - double check online and possibly call/message your accommodation or tourist office.
