St Charles is a lovely church, and I want only to mention that it has a 6pm Saturday evening mass, which is often helpful for travelers staying at the Fairmont or in that general area.

One of the several interesting catholic churches in the Principality, St. Charles is probably the second biggest after the cathedral and is in the upper north west of the enclave. Well worth seeing as the stained glass is quite spectacular. Free to visit and photography...More

Visited this church to spend a few moments. Beautiful building and very peaceful inside despite being busy outside. Organ music was playing while we were in and was really nice.

This is a very pretty church, which offers calm and quiet, has beautiful stained glass windows which predate the church. It is also the burial place for the royal Grimaldi family. Well worth a visit

This is the most beautiful church in Monaco, after the Cathedral. The history of the church is impressive and so is the architecture. It is a pity that the Masses are quite difficult to understand as the clergy (Oblate Fathers) are not fluent in French....More

A very pretty church on the main route. Lit a candle. It is open all day to go inside. They have an English mass on Sundays at noon.

This church is very beautiful and tranquil. It was very cool and a great way to get away from the mayhem.

Visited in June 2012 to see Princess Grace's grave. Beautiful flowers laid out on her grave which is beside Prince Ranier's. Found further away near the back of the church.

Well worth the time to visit this church. Just like any church in Europe you'll find a lot of similarity, but there are special differences about them. This one was serene and comforting.

Gare de Monaco train station, which is on the north edge of the country. I suppose you can take a taxi to a point near St. Charles Cathedral, but I don't believe they allow taxis inside the Royal Palace grounds and you may... More
