About
Caldea is a spa. And it's also a spa from which you can look at the stars. A spa where you can bathe outside even if the snow falls of the century. In addition, it is a spa that you can go to even if you are under 18 and even if you have less than 6. A spa with a night show and a colorful shower. A spa where you can stay until 12 at night. Caldea is a spa. And it's also a spa that has nothing to do with a spa.

    Amazing experience!
We absolutely loved it here. Getting a ticket is really easy and can be done on the machines when you arrive, you can also book for a later date/time very easily. The wristband worked really well for entering and exiting the different areas, as well as for the locker. Inuu is so worth it if you're coming without children. It was calm, peaceful and relaxing. The entire place was so clean. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and spoke perfect English. There is such a massive choice of pools, there is genuinely enough to do for an entire day, I didn't want to leave! Definitely the best spa I've ever been to. Just go for it!

    Best spa ever
The Caldea spa is a must do experience. The pools snd the inside rooms are amazing. There is a plan to follow that i would recommend to do to enjoy the experience, the plan describes how to move from a room to the other (sauna, hot stones…) The water is always warm inside and outside . When accessing, you need to keep everything in the locker (towels, flip flops…) you can take your phone in the water proof pocket that you can rent at the facility. The time allowed is 3 hours inside snd one extra hour is granted if you eat at the caldea. 3 hours are very much enough. The spa is very clean, staff professional.

    Very nice spa & pools
After entering you're given an electronic bracelet, which is used as a key for the clothes locker (it's quite large). You can order a bathrobe in advance (but note that in the pool area the hangers are very close to each other, so it's difficult to guarantee that you get yours back...). The pools and spas are very nice, especially the transparent outdoor pools where you can dive and see the outdoors

Not bad, but be careful of the isolated parts!
My wife and I have been traveling with one of our daughters, who is 20. We went in the latter part of the afternoon. Overall, not a bad place, and the features were nice. A few suggestions if the staff reads this. It is very difficult to have the robe you were given still be in the same spot when you come out of an area. It would be difficult to improve this, since people should be more aware of what robe is there’s and be honest. I feel the facility is understaffed, even with cameras all over. In an adult only area, a couple had a child under 10 running around and no staff challenged them on this. One incident had me, my wife, and daughter go out to the outdoor jacuzzis. They are two small jacuzzis surrounded by trees. I didn’t see any cameras in the area, but they certainly need them. When we got to the jacuzzi there was a couple in each of the jacuzzis. As we got closer, we saw that they were having sex in the jacuzzis. The staff needs to be more vigilant to keep this from happening in a public place.

We were disappointed as we were expecting more for the price. The place looks run down and if you came from the parking, you would have to pass by their offices, which was a bit weird. They provide you with bath robes, towels and flip flops. My bath robe had a hole! And the flip flops looked like they haven't been replaced for decades. The locker area wasn't really clean and the lockers malfunctioned a lot. The aquatic area was ok. It was supposed to be an adult's only area but since the one for families was under construction, the aquatic area was a bit crowded and noisy because of the kids. We booked a massage, and you had to pass through a busy restaurant to get to the massage area from the aquatic area which was awkward as you were in a bathrobe walking through tables with clothed guests who were dining. The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because of the massage therepists. They were nice and gave a good massage. Without them, I would have given this spa a zero if I could. The oil massage was very relaxing and I highly recommend it.

Mariela Animas (Maye) was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a special gift for our friend and she made sure to recommend the best massage therapist for her.
I also visited Caldea and enjoyed my time there. I would have given 5 stars, but I found it absolutely ridiculous that you had to pay extra just for towels and there was no information saying to bring your own if you didn't want to pay extra just for towels after already paying an expensive entrance fee.
I was expecting more of a Spa experience and less of a kid's pool park. There wasn't a single place that had jets that you could sit against to relax the muscles. There was a strange place where you stand and a hose sprays you, but not really relaxing jacuzzi vibes.

In the end, a nice time, but not much of a spa vibe and pretty expensive for what it is.

Yesterday I have been with some friends at Caldea for three hours. We purchased our ticket on the internet with a promotion with forfeit, I recomend to buy this promotion if you are a lover of skiing.
Focusing on my experience in Caldea was really amazing. When I entered in the spa, the workers were very pleasant, they explained where the lockers were located and gave us a mask to protect us from Covid-19. The facilities were quite clean and the water temperature was unbelievable. I recomend to visit Caldea in half a day because there aren't many people in that time slot.

*Please consider while reading the review, it is my first visit ever in any SPA so I does not compare to any other SPA.*
We went there after five days of non stop skiing, so my muscles needed the relaxation, and they certainly got it. the place has many different pools indoor and outdoor and it's fun to change the atmosphere every once in a while. the few remarks I have are that is is very highly priced: it costs more that a day of ski-pass in grandvalira and almost twice as much as in val nord!

We went there in February after skiing, it was cold,
the water temp was 34.4,
it was not warm enough to stay in the water, and out of the water it was really freezing.
you are not allowed to bring in towels so you can't really stay there...
We were 8 people, we left the place after 10 minutes.
Sorry, but it was a big disappointment.

I love Caldea & have been many times, I was previously a member of Innu, which was a lot of fun.

If you are training it’s great as it has ice baths, steam rooms etc, it also has a large pool which extends outside the interior of the building so if it’s snowing you can float in warm water with snow falling on your face. It’s something to experience.

It’s a bit expensive if you aren’t a resident but I still think it’s worth visiting. It definitely needs a face lift as it’s starting to look a little shabby, however, that’s life.

I love a spa, and after a day on the slopes we couldn't wait to visit here. We were a bit shocked by the price but assumed it must be worth it.

Unfortunately we didn't feel it was and left within an hour. The pools and jacuzzi were like warm, I'm not sure if this is to make them child friendly but I would have expected a warmer temperature in the jacuzzi at least. The steam room didn't heat up much due to people going in and out and there weren't a lot of different pools as I had anticipated.

I've been to far superior spas at a fraction of the price. Its also a bit off putting as everyone is videoing and taking pictures for their Instagram - maybe a bit inappropriate when child friendly pool?

Nice experience to come after an exhausting day of skiing. A special place but a bit crowded. It is best to arrive in the afternoon because in the evening there is a limit on the amount of people and a long wait is required in order to enter. Overall a fair price but as a one-time visit

This is a must do if you are in Andorra. Check online for a discount or a combo pass for ski at grandvalira if the price seems too high. Wonderfully large spa complex with plenty of places to enjoy. I never found an area where the water is as hot as I like it, but overall comfortable. They have many pools and an outdoor area to enjoy too. The changing rooms are huge and not separate so that makes it easy to keep your group together.
There is a separate kids area, but no separate adult area. This is the only downside. You will not be able to find a quiet area where a child wont jump in and splash about. They do ask for quiet in the pools, but unfortunately it's not.

First of all, they DON'T provide swimwear but only towels, bathrobe, and slippers (it is stated in the booking but many people, including us, kind of misunderstand that) so take your own swimwear.
The place is absolutely AMAZING, but it gets kind of crowded at times, so pick your visit times carefully (especially if you want to avoid many kids).
It is definitely overpriced, 70euros each. Still, once in a lifetime I would recommend such experience, but like I said, becuase of crowds it can be easily spoiled.
