Administration rob me. On start of a day we seat in the cabin and smelled cigarette. After ride administration women take our skipass and say : "give me 30 eur or i dont return skipass". We dont smoke at all, but she dont hear our arguments, she dont dont have proof, dont have video, just rob us. Disaster service

Really enjoyed our time skiing in Pal and Arinsal. Beautiful surroundings, the views are breathtaking. The people are friendly and our ski instructor Julieta is simply the best!

Good place to ski but too crowded on weekends but weekdays are fine. Good place for beginners but also has black runs for serious skiers. One thing which is seriously dangerous, flying snowboards. One time we got hit by one from the carelessness of the snowboarder and the management of the ski resort not putting a strick rules on them, another time it flew straight into a worker at the slope and missed her head by a hair and missed me by less than a few feet. I was freaked out of my mind and so did the girl who works at the slope. The snowboarder didn't have the security straps on that was why her snowboard went flying. The management of the Pal and Arinsal needs to put the rule down and be strick about it to make sure of the safety of everyone who comes to ski at the their establishment. Another thing is danger, skibike. They shouldn't be allowed at the beginner slopes because they come down with full speed like full throttle, they can seriously hurt other skiers. Overall it's a good place to ski for beginners and with friends, they do a good job on making snow. Just don't come on Spanish, UK and Portuguese midterms (in the same order) it would be jamped packed with beginners. Refugi is a good bar/restaurant to sunbathe and enjoy good food. The international ski instructors are every nice, pleasant and dedicated, ask for Michelle or Corenne.

We have just returned from Arinsal for our 5th Family holiday. We all go to lessons and all of us learnt how to ski at the resort .. We are now all competent skiers and our son ski's some of the hardest "black" slopes. The instructors are great and friendly the choice of slopes from Green nursery to hard blacks suits all abilities, The resort links to PAL and other resorts in Andorra so if you're still not satisfied then there are even more runs to challenge you. Facilities on the mountain are good with lockers & nice snack bars, clean toilets etc .. If you're looking for value for money for Ski or Snowboarding then look no further
