Apart from drinking and eating, this is by far the best thing to do in Andorra la Vella. It's a lovely walk and the hardest bit about it is actually finding it. There are various pathways up to the Rec del Sola, but let me give you the one that we took. Using your free hotel or Tourist Info Centre... More

Great trail well put together with stunning views over Andorra. Do as much of it as you can. Some bits closed off for us when we went which was unfortunate. It's VERY steep in places....fitness required really.

Andorra la Vella is a cute little mountain town, and hiking the irrigation canal was a great way to see it. Like any mountain town, the streets aren't exactly on a grid, so we had to print out a map to find our way there. Once there, it was a pleasant walk (though it is a bit narrow, and lots... More

The Tourist Information Centre gave us direction to this trail. At my age I was not sure I could do it. However, the climb via the rustic step trails to the top was worth it. Not just glorious views over the city, but the mountain view are breathtaking. The walk along the trail once on the top is really worth... More

It is a long trail that is located at the middle of a mountain that offers you a great view to the city. Nice place to have a walk, exercise. Many people walk their dogs also. It is called Rec del Solà which receives sunshine. There are other one on the other side in the shadowed area. Nice experience!

It's a stiff climb up to this track from the city centre, steep and not shaded, but it's not too long and if you take it slowly, stopping to enjoy the views, it's fine. Have a bottle of water with you and wear comfortable shoes. Once at the top, you are rewarded with a flat, well paved route that leads... More

Slightly elevated it gives a beautiful view of the city but also hints of the wildlife that surrounds it. You can use this to completely circle the town and it is a lovely walk , probably one of the only truly easy walks in the country generally the easy walks are categorised as such beacuse they are short ignoring the... Very easy but pleasant trail with the views of the city or the backside of some apartment complexes and vegetable gardens. You may have to walk up a few steps to get to the trail then it's all but a nice walk along the water canal, you will see the locals either taking a walk or walking their dogs so... More

I really enjoyed this walk over the town of LaVella. The best views are if you turn left and walk in that direction, back towards the Spanish border. The other way is tighter to the town and views are blocked by buildings. in total it is about 2.7km, very flat and easy BUT there is a steep ascent from the... More
