One of those experiences we will never forget! We met the mother of the previous owner of this wonderful gallery! The gallery is closing and everything is 50% off! We found exactly what we was looking for!!! That being said during our exchange the wonderful old lady began to cry! She had lost her daughter and husband in the same year and she was overseeing the closure of her daughter’s legacy… we wept together as she confided in us! If you go to Paphos old market please visit her! She is all alone….

Small gallery packed with beautiful objects.
Bowls and pottery, jewellery and glass.
I bought a beautiful little silver and enamel starfish to go on my charm necklace.
Do pop in. The owner was warm and welcoming.

Located in the old market area of Paphos and, in my opinion, one of the richest ones out there within the city, you can find a very peculiar jewelry and art shop. I fell in love with the vibe of the shop as it gives you a feeling of old vintage and full of history. The pieces sold there are so unique I've never seen them anywhere before and from what I know from the owner Christiana, they are hand-crafted by the best artists from Cyprus and Greece. Mentioning the owner Christiana Mouzouri, and speaking of jewels, she is the jewel of the shop. No item in there comes without a story to be told and Christiana's history with the artists and her creativity makes you feel like home and wanting more.
I would recommend this shop to anyone that isn't looking for just a souvenir, but a life-changing experience!

This is no ordinary shop, it has so many wonderful gifts, jewellery and perhaps most importantly, it's charming owner.... a lady after my own heart. Full of creativity and passion. Don't miss it, you'll be letting yourself down - celebrate all that holidays are about, discovering the local artisans creative output, finding a memento of your time away and cherishing those you love the most with something really special! A must visit.... Kivotos Gallery, Paphos, Cyprus.

I visit Kivotos Gallery in august, and I meet so much kindness and wish for helping me to bye the thinks, I want to bye, and all the thinks was treated so nice and carefully. Christiana was so helpful in any ways, and can only recommended, all to visit the Gallery.

We visited Pathos and went to the Old Town and market area.
Many of the shops are selling touristic items.
However, upon entering Kivotos arts & crafts there was a very good vibe. This is a relatively small gallery, but everything looked so beautiful we immediately knew this was the place to acquire nice memories and items for the house and office.
The shopkeeper was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable.
The artifacts look like authentic art pieces and not massed produced items.
The gallery is located at the end of the market, try Google maps to locate this.

I visited Kivotos since a friend of mine told me this shop has many unique gifts and I was looking to find something special. I was so surprise to see so many unique designs, hand made jewelry, pottery and art..truly beautiful and amazing. I found several gifts not only for my friends but also for myself and the prices were very reasonable and the owner speaks English. If you are looking to buy something special this is the place!!!

AMAZING place to visit and buy elegant jewelry, fascinating pottery and other crafts! You should definitely plan your visit there and meet the owner, Christiana, a very sweet and warm lady, always managing to make you laugh. learn new things and enjoy your time there.

We visited Kivotos Gallery having read reviews on Trip Advisor. With roadworks throughout at the area at the moment there was some difficulty finding parking but I am so glad that we persevered. Hidden within the covered market this is a real gem of a shop. Wade through the cheap souvenir stores and there at the back of the market is Kivotos Gallery - home to a variety of handcrafted items from some 46 local artists. There was jewellery, metal work, ceramics and more, with pieces to suit all budgets. We ended up purchasing several items as gifts for others but also to keep ourselves. The owner was very welcoming and friendly - not at all pushy, but keen to tell us how each piece was made. The whole experience of visiting the shop was truly memorable and it is the first place that I will return to when next in Paphos. Do not miss this hidden gem!
