About
Adonis Baths is a gorgeous hidden oasis located near Kili Village in Paphos. Visiting as a stop on a guided tour will make navigating to the falls easier, but for the more adventurous, making your own way there will allow you to spend more time at this little gem—get on a quad bike and follow the signs from Tala Village or Coral Bay. Either way, you’re bound to find the chilly waters cascading into the pool absolutely refreshing on a hot summer day. Admission is ticketed and advertised as cash only, and there is a small cafe on site serving food and drinks. – Tripadvisor

    Don’t bother
Unless you are desperate to dip in a pool at the bottom of a small waterfall, don’t bother and save yourself the 10 euro entrance fee. The road up to this says for all vehicles but it really is not meant for a box standard car as it is extremely rough so is very slow going. The alleged theme park just has a few extremely odd looking statues, the waterfall and what is meant to be a museum of a few old items including old beds which will take you one minute to walk through. We didn’t bother with the amphitheater as we could see this from the top of the falls anyway. The path to the gorge we gave up on as along with others we gave up trying to make a bridge over the stream so that we could cross this without getting wet trainers.

    Mixed feelings
I'm very pleased we visited at a quiet time, as the place is tiny, but beautiful. If it was busy the whole trip would just be waiting to get up and down the steps to the waterfall . It was great having a little swim, and took some fab pictures. The road is dreadful. I'm pleased I went, but wouldn't recommend on a busy day. There really isn't much to see. Hopefully in the future they'll sort the road and the walking paths to make it worthwhile.

    Disappointing
Soo disappointed with this. Cost €10 to get it and was a mucky cold man made hole. The drive to it was so scary. Dirt road with huge potholes and sheer drops. Took longer to travel this road than it did to visit. Yes it looks beautiful if you don’t look too closely at the water. Wish we had never bothered and spent that time on one of the many beaches.

    Disappointed
We hired a car and went, road signs said suitable for any vehicle. That's not quite true, the road was awful we had to turn round and go back. I would hire off road/ buggy type cars fir this trip.

    Don't bother
Went to the falls as part of a tour. First you are bounced about al over in the vehicle as the roads are just tracks, which take an age to get there. Once at the falls felt like this was another way to get money out of you by having another cafe there. The falls it's self was OK but nothing special. I have seen more beautiful waterfalls in other areas that cost nothing to see. To get to any part of the waterfall you have to climb down what can be loosely called steps then drop into the water as there is no way to gently walk in, if anyone In your group has limited mobility then forget this place. Don't believe the pictures as this been a tranquil place as there are that many tourists you struggle to get in the water. Would suggest not to waste money unless this is on your bucket list.

    Needs improvement
Be aware, which ever route you take the road to this attraction is horrendous and is not a road. Signage is limited so use accurate sat nav system like What Three Words. If you’re a confident driver you don’t need a 4x4. Without a doubt the area needs investment. Parking onsite along with obligatory shop. 10euro per adult to enter. Not suitable at all for wheelchair users or if you have mobility issues. You walk up past some fake statues and then into a very confusing museum section. Access to the falls is via steep rock steps. At the bottom there is a seating area and 3 changing cabins. The pool is very cold, but refreshing on a hot day. It is popular. It’s not easy to enter the water, you can walk in at one area which has tree roots to contend with, or slip in at the edge. The waterfall is not particularly spectacular and the whole area needs improvement.

Pool is always cold which is a blessing in the middle of the heat.
€10 for adults €7 for children Cash only. The area where you can get in is approximately 300 m2. Not wheelchair accessible at all. It’s a steep climb and steep staircase at other side. No ice cream on offer when we went - 34° that day at 11.45am. Stag gang of 40 middle aged men arrived and spoilt the whole experience, they should have limits on groups of men like this - it’s seriously just made it so loud and annoying. Could not relax. You can’t take your own food but they have nothing but crisps and cr*p to eat, take your own food and water - you’ll need it as this place is in middle of nowhere. Driving is fine to get to but it’s dusty and bumpy af but most cars will get there. It’s ten mins off the main road. Would I go back.? Unless I can get confirmation of peace and normal quantities of people i.e., not 40 extra rowdy men in the small pool, then yes.

    August visit adonis waterfalls
This year tickets price was 10 euro per person. The road wasnt that bad that i read from other reviews. I have toyota yaris and it went fine It Was crowded the day i went. It has canteen upstairs and downstairs near the waterfalls and tables that u can enjoy your sandwich and coffee/etc. The water was cold and nice, but has some unpleasant smell, but didnt bother people that much. I think the depth was165cm. The area was clean. U can see a lot of statues after the entrance. And there are 2 waterfalls.

    Just OK
It’s one of those places which you will probably only bother visiting once. The road isn’t as bad as people are saying, you just need to drive slowly. Some of the area near the water is very slippy and dangerous. Water is extremely cold but that doesn’t seem to bother most. Not amazing but a nice visit. Admission is a little overpriced.

Beautiful photos but very very dangerous
The road to the falls is terrible. The entry fee is steep for a family. The furnishings are all dated. The photo opportunities are great. The safety aspect is appalling. You can put your life at risk and be careful if with young children as not realky suitable

Really wish we had read the reviews before heading out. It was HORRIBLE getting to, the sign says 'all cars can drive the road' we had such a laugh because that's 100% not true. We even bumped into some other tourists who had broken down on the way..

9EURO to get in per person, and you walk in and instantly regret it. The only good part was the entertainment my husband provided to everyone by swinging on the rope into the freezing cold water.

If my husband didn't swim, we would have been there for less than 10mins, because there's nothing there. Possible the least picturesque waterfall I've seen too. Not to be sour, but honestly save yourself the time and don't bother.

I am not too sure what everyone is complaining about. People read the reviews before going, know it is a steep mountain road, attempt it anyway and then complain? We got a taxi driver to take us down to Adonis baths - knowing it would be a experience to say the least. If you are a nervous passenger, I would not recommend the car journey down there and it would have been much easier on quad bikes or off road vehicles. It is a very long and very steep journey down on thin rocky roads around the edge of the mountain (a bit like what you'd see on a James Bond film) but all part of the adventure! Once you finally get down there you pay 9 euros per person (cash only) to enter. It is only a small place but beautiful nonetheless. There are God/Goddess statues to greet you as you enter and then when you get down to the baths there are rope swings, a tree to climb, ledges to jump off into the the water and a waterfall. There were people jumping from the top of the waterfall into the baths but we wasn't sure if it was safe so didn't want to risk it. When we jumped into the water it was absolutely freezing (think fresh melted snow coming down the mountains and ending up in a pool of water at the bottom). We probably spent about an hour here before facing the drive back up the mountain to get back to the hotel. Worth the visit and a great photo spot!

The signage is not good, and the one sign there is, states good for all cars - it isn't. Unless you have a 4x4, good off road knowledge/experience and a height for heights don't even attempt it. It's on the same road as the one that takes you to ADONIS Waterfalls.
When we got there at about 3.30,it was shut. Their website says nothing about opening times, and the phone wasn't answered either so went with the Google Times, which are clearly wrong (open to 7pm).

Im sure it is worth it in the end, if indeed it is open to the public and isn't a more private 'invited' venue which we get the feeling it it now.

You just have to go for the photos. This place is super cute and hidden. So the road Upto it like everyone says, is very very bumpy and mountainous. Make sure if you go, you go on a tour or by some sort of taxi. I wouldn’t advise you do it on your own if you don’t know the road as it’s pretty scary in parts!

The baths itself were so beautiful, however I do think they could do with more changing rooms as they only have one and it’s tiny. For the amount of people they need a big wooden shack with more cubicles. They literally only have one.

Also don’t expect the water to be tepid or Luke warm like the sea. It’s freeeeezing. Like seriously unbearable and to be quite honest, the whole entire time I was in there I couldn’t get used to the temperature it was that cold. But don’t let it put you off as it’s good for the instagram photos 😅

One thing I will say is coming out of the baths is a bit of a death trap. I actually slipped on my way out on the algae-ridden rocks on the way out it was so slippery I couldn’t avoid it and ended up bruising my knees. For the fact of health and safety there, I’ve had to knock a star off as it was very hazardous and shook me up a bit but overall this place is so worth it, it’s in the absolute middle of nowhere in amongst mountains, it’s certainly bizarre but well worth a trip. Also a small cafe there too complete with a cat of course! 🐾

I think it fair that places that do not offer 'value for money' (and that doesn't mean 'cheap' at all, although it obviously could also be cheap and value for money - neither of which this is) should be called out and review scores kept as low as they should be. Roads ARE bad for any regular car (despite what the signs say) - this in itself is not a problem as long as it's highlighted. Once you start on the road, you're kind of on a 'we may as well carry on' type path, as turning and reversing would be hard. It certainly isn't a 'Theme Park' (unless they mean a natural area to which they have given a theme to). It's certainly not tidy (cr*p around the back of the main building and up the hill), nor is it inviting. 20 euros (for two people) will get you a paper ticket which you take through a barrier (if you need to drive further than the car park) - opened from the kiosk by the guy pulling a rope whilst still sitting behind his desk! Let's be honest, there are probably nicer waterfalls in Birmingham (no offence to Birmingham, but I had to pick somehwere in the UK) than this one. It's OK, but so is the sea, or your local river
You could probably even make one similar in your back garden with a hose and some greenery.

After a horrendous 2km bumpy car ride on a road which claims to be vehicle friendly (really worried about the hire cars suspension), we eventually arrived.
The price is steep when there was litter everywhere considering there were only 3 cars in the carpark, including drink cans dumped next to the statues and along the fences.
When reaching the pool of water, it was grubby and no way I’d get in, in fact the whole area needed a good scrub.
It’s obvious it was near end of the tourist season, but what a waste of money and not safe for anyone with mobility problems as steps are all differing heights and width.
Such a shame and I’m not sure where the entrance fee goes as it’s not on the area?
We stayed no more than 30 mins and left disappointed.

We loved it! Yes, the road to it was a bit hair-raising at times, but it wasn't that bad - always wide enough to pass another vehicle and not next to any steep drops which was what I was worried about having read the reviews. Having said that, we came the reportedly easier way from Coral Bay rather than direct from Paphos. I didn't think $34 for a family of four was too bad, and the cafe was reasonably priced. The hikes round the area were beautiful, as well as the dip in the freezing cold plunge pool, and it was a lovely, relaxed morning. Going the first week of November probably meant it was quieter than most weeks.

If you do not have a strong car or off-road vehicle (jeep) and if you are not an experienced driver, I do not recommend a visit. The road to the waterfall is narrow, steep and bad, so you can easily damage the vehicle.
Upon arrival at the location, there is a large car park, without shade. Entrance to the waterfall is paid 10e per person.
Access to the waterfall itself is very difficult. The access is paved with slippery and sharp stone, not intended for people with disabilities. There are two cafes on site, selling cold drinks, water and ice cream.
The water in the bathtub and the waterfall is ice cold, so you can bathe only if you tolerate the ice water well. The water in the pool is not clean.
Overall overrated.

Tried to get there today, following lots of signs claiming the road is good for cars. Well that is a lie and I would hesitate with a donkey. The road is dangerous and full of potholes. Where concrete has been 'laid' and I use the term loosely it looks as if two blokes did it in an evening by candlelight after a day on the Ouzo. Never got to the place, but about three quarters of the way. Obviously they are too lazy to at least fill some of the worst holes. DISGRACE.
