Couldn't rate Jim and Karen more high if we tried. Arrived in Cyprus yesterday and had underestimated the size of the resort, and the distance even just to our room. Sent a WhatsApp message at 1550 and by 1615 had been sent a price list and agreed to a rental scooter for my partner for the duration of our stay. Jim delivered our scooter at 1140am this morning and asssured us that if there were any problems we could call him-couldn't fault the service. Off we went on our merry way and after 2 hours noticed that the battery had drained completely so messaged Jim. He replied almost immediately and apologised saying he'd arrange a replacement battery for us. Within 2 hours he'd delivered a brand new battery(only just collected from the suppliers) and we were free to roam again! So so very impressed. It's taken the worry away and given my partner that extra independence that he loves-Madge rides again!!! Thanks Cyprus Mobility for making our holiday even better!!

What an amazing service provided to us by Cyprus Mobility owners Karen and Jim Hinder. My wife and arrived at the Kefalos Beach Village on 24th April for our first visit to Cyprus and on the second day of our stay decided to hire a Mobility Scooter to help me get the best experience of our stay. i currently have mobility challenges due to recovering from a stroke. Reception recommended we give Cyprus Mobility a call to check on the availability of scooters for hire. My wife phoned the company and found Karen to be friendly yet professional. Karen took the time to go through the various options and made sure, we feel, that she asked the right questions about my mobility to match the correct scooter to match my needs. The next day Karen and her husband Jim turned up at our accommodation with a scooter and Jim spent time making me familiar with how to operate the scooter, advising me of safety precautions and took the time to make sure I was confident and able to operte the scooter corrctly be fore leaving me with it. The plus with hiring from Jim and Karen is that Jim has been through the experience of mobilty challenges, due to having suffered a stroke himself at one time. To sum up, I found Cyprus Mobility to be friendly, helpful and caring. Going the extra mile to make sure I was looked after. They offer a professional and reliable service and I can see why the Kefalos Beach reception staff recommend them. Having used them I would now confidently 100% recommend them to others.

I live here and look after my aging parents. Whilst independent they need help sometimes with wheelchairs, zimmers etc and Peyia Mobility is THE place to go. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so willing to help out in any way they can. I cant rate them highly enough for their continued support - Thanks

Absolutely excellent service from Jim and Karen . Father in law struggling to walk in this heat asked reception if they could recommend someone and they put us on to Cyprus Mobility. Within 15 minutes Karen turned up With the scooter fully charged and ready to go. 5 mins of instruction on how to use the scooter and we were on our way. Even got to keep scooter till 1.30 on the last day as we had a late flight. Jim picked up the scooter and again was charming. Would definitely use again if in the area. Oh and the prices were so cheap(€98) I had to ask if that was per day or for the whole 5 days. As we saw some locally advertised at €60 per day and they wee flimsy things compared to what we had.

Second year in a row I have used this wonderful company! The equipment is first class (I worked with PD pupils so know shoddy equipment exists) Nothing is too much trouble, with Jim answering emails promptly, patiently and professionally. My 4 wheeled rollator on last year and this years' holidays, was delivered prior to my arrival so that I had independence from the first minute of my holiday and was kindly collected after my departure. We booked 50 weeks in advance this year and Jim kept in touch throughout the year. We are returning to Paphos in 2025, purely because this wonderful company is reliable, value for money and very accommodating. No worrying before a holiday for me. Please use them if you visit Cyprus, you won't regret it!

This is the third time we have used Jim and Karen and as always an exceptional service. Quick to deal with no hassle and scooter always there fully charged ready to go. Highly recommended and very reasonable priced. Thanks as always and see you next year.

An excellent company, scooter was waiting at the Atlantica Golden Beach when we arrived, made our holiday so much better as I cant walk more than a very few yards. It also took the pain of having to carry the towels etc down to the pool and back. Was not able to check the service when there as there was no faults or problems that we found in the two weeks. At the end we left the scooter with reception and was picked up by the company. Many a UK company could do with taking a leaf out of this company on customer service.

Fantastic service again from Cyprus Mobility. Have used this firm on several occasions and every time the service has been outstanding. This time I got a puncture and they replaced the scooter within quarter hour. I would have no doubt in recommending them as the best firm I have used for hiring a mobility scooter.

We stayed at Damon hotel apartments, we have been returning many times, it is a very friendly hotel with great staff., very clean in all areas, food is good with something for everyone. It is situated in a perfect location,close to bus station and numerous bars and restaurants. It is close to a lovely walk along the coast to the harbour. We are returning once more in May, really looking forward to it. ,
