Unprofessional, unreliable and very rude service. I booked a minivan to pick up our family (3 babies) from Larnaca airport. Although I called twice and texted my full booking details (3 baby seats) to confirm my booking, the driver showed up with only one car seat. He recommended we keep the other two (6-month old) babies in our arms through the drive! When we refused – for obvious reasons – he called the manager and in our conversation he neither apologize nor offered an alternative to address the problem (e.g. sending another car with seats); instead he first disputed I ever requested baby seats and I said I had the texts I sent him he became more aggressive claiming that they have already spent time and fuel to come all the way to the airport. We were left with three babies in the heat for a few hours and we spend a ridiculous amount of money (250 euros) to rent a mini van from a rental company. I wouldn’t recommend the service to anyone!

We use Orfanou for all transportation of personnel (including upper management) for a major oilfield services company in Cyprus. George and his team are extremely professional, punctual, well mannered and very helpful. The top of the range vehicles are always spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for business or personal use.

It is the third time that I came to Cyprus with a group for a study trip and booked Orfanou shuttle services. It has always been a pleasure working with Orfanou, excellent service, comfortable transportation, friendly drivers and a well-run family business. Next time I will choose Orfanou again and strongly recommend their services.

It was a pleasure meeting and working with Orfanou Chauffeur Services and personally with Mr George Orfanou. Without them our trip aiming at exploration of medieval art and culture of Cyprus could not be done.
Highly recommended for everyone, having business trips, especially for visitors interested in the unique cultural heritage of Cyprus.

It is an amazing transport company. I went to the airport to pick up our large-sized dog, the Orfanou called to inform us that the flight was delayed. The driver, Mr. Kiriakos, is very helpful and accommodating. The price is reasonable. I will hire their services again without any doubt.

I have used mr. Orfanou services on business and personal basis many times for the past 5 years. His company is offering top transportation services. His vehicles are clean and personel always on time and polite.

Highly recommended and professional service. Booked transfer from Larnaca Airport to Kyrenia/Girne Northen Cyprus. Safe and comfortable ride again. Used already a year ago their service when I had both feet fractured. Very grateful for their help and support.
