Area surrounding the mosque is very nice with some beautiful cafes. Beautiful narrow streets and the mosque itself is a very good photo opportunity. It was closed when we came, but ot is worth comming to see it.

Beautiful site found "accidentally" while wandering around in Limassol. Right at the heart of the old Turkish quarter, the Grand Mosque is surrounded by palms almost as tall as its minaret. There are no fixed opening hours but if the gate is open, you could step within and take a look.

This mosque is not easy to be discovered because is situated between the buildings and you can miss the entrance. Still interesting to see it.

You get glimpses of the tower, but its not easy to find an entrance. Its down a side street behind a cafe. We could not find a way in, just took a photo.
