About
Located in Limassol in a spacious 3000 square meters, you will admire Classic, Historic and Collectible Cars. The "Cyprus Historic and Classic Motor Museum" is a remarkable home for classic cars with highlights of their historical and emotional value. Visitors can admire the museum's eclectic collection of cars covering the period of the last century. The museum highlights the cultural importance of the development and growth of the automobile industry. The oldest car in the collection at the moment is a Ford "T" roadster from 1912, which currently has 102 years of life on the road. The newest vehicle is a collectible piece from 2004. Each visitor can enjoy a different yet memorable experience learning the progress of the vehicles through the passage of time. The founding of the museum is due to the vision of veteran Rally Racing champion of International and Cypriot rally competitions, Mr. Dimi Mavropoulos. He gave his personal collection of historic, classic and collectable cars and launched this museum especially for their display. The Museum features a classic car rental service with a driver. You can enjoy special moments of your life whilst tootling along in an historic and unique classic car. This is an ideal choice for weddings, tours of the city of Limassol or even for those times when you feel like doing something different! In awareness of social responsibility, part of the proceeds from the entrance tickets of the museum will be given to charitable and philanthropic institutions.

- Nane MYerevan, Armenia5 contributionsFantastic emotions, everybody should seeToday I have visited the museum and met the founder Dimis in person. This is really a dream in real, so many cars in perfect condition, very interesting exposition with passion to the cars, design, style and respect to the history. Will visit the museum next time when I am back to Cyprus to see the new exposition, listen to new stories and feel the dream of a man that is being shared with people.Visited January 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten January 20, 2024

They are doing an amazing job of keeping this collection alive and we saw several of the cars at the annual classic vehicle club show in downtown Paphos on 21/4/2024. The staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The museum has a good variety of items to see, with some stunning and rare vehicles to look at. Would recommend the guided tour on the izi.travel app. Tells you what the signs say but in short 30 second clips. Could spend a day or an hour here, go at your pace.

We had a great experience with the service we hired for a vintage car tour around Limassol.
From the fast, efficient and convenient ordering process provided by Tsveta.
We were given an even better car for the same price we paid.
The driver Christopher arrived right on time and took us on a tour around the city.
He cooperated with us all the way and was very kind and made the experience even better than usual.
We strongly recommend that to take a ride in an antique car at least once in a life, it is definitely a unique experience.

Really exciting exhibition with lot of well preserved cars and other things. They could maybe open some cars windows to be able to see better inside but I totally agree that people should not be able to crawl into them. Really good entertaiment for for ex rainy day or when it is too hot for beach. PS - it is also warm in their hall, but they serve water if you need it 🙂

Third time visiting taking family members, always something new to see and an amazing range of motor vehicles and memorabilia. A must for petrolheads and anyone interested in seeing vehicles remembered from younger days, fun to spot models you may have actually owned. Staff amazingly friendly and knowledgeable.

A labour of love from a devoted petrolhead. An amazing place for car lovers and not only. The quantity and quality of the exhibits are stunning. Well worth a visit even if you will have to abandon the sea and sun for one afternoon
