Small but worth a visit

Smallest beach I've visited in Cyprus. Don't expect the rocky part of the beach to be big, Governors beach is divided into sections and the Rocky part is a small section. I'd... read more

Governor's Beach in Limassol is only a 40 minute drive from Larnaca. On the highway from Larnaca to Limassol, be careful not to miss the sign for Governor's Beach. It is a small brown sign to the left; very easy to miss. Once you reach the area, there are a ton of different directions you can take, there are a... More

Smallest beach I've visited in Cyprus. Don't expect the rocky part of the beach to be big, Governors beach is divided into sections and the Rocky part is a small section. I'd advice going during the week, it gets busy during weekends. However it is a beautiful place to visit, is well equipment (showers, toilets) and there is a return... More

Beach a bit stony until you get past about three feet in the water. After that it's fine. There is also a restaurant to the rear of the beach which serves lunch. I think this is part of an hotel complex but not sure.

Black because of the darkest sand you will find in Cyprus, and white because of the rocks. The water is always cold and clear, so if you are a fan of swimming you would enjoy it here. You need to explore this place to see its whole beauty. From Kalymnos restaurant you can walk away from the main beach and... More

This is one of the nice places you can take your family. Nice restaurants and amenities. Rocky and sandy with many options as it is a long beach over 2 km

This is where you will find the coldest water in the island...so the place is to favor in summer and avoid in spring. White cliffs, black sand, rarely crowded, nice restaurant on top with outstanding views.

Visited on green Monday and enjoyed sea bass looking out over the ocean ..... Totally amazing. As a tourist if you visit on green Monday and yr a meat eater be prepared to be disappointed as this day is the Greek equivalent to lent. Any other time there are some pretty good restaurants and the views are seriously amazing

Nice small beaches, clean waters and wonderful caves. Fairly quiet too. Unfortunately the view is not that great due to the fact that a couple of industrial plants are situated nearby.

Nice beach and cafes. Very busy at the weekend with locals so get there early to get a sun lounger. Shower facilities available.
