This is absolutely an amazing natural creation. We were here during December and we all enjoyed the beauty of the nature, Afternoon walk to the water fall through trees, creek and rocks was great.

It is an easy trail and every time I am in Platres I do my best to find time to walk it. It is an extremely beautiful spot with a magical landscape in the natural environment. The walk is beautiful, not difficult if you wear...More

The trail is acclivity linear length of three kilometers. It starts north of "Psilodentro" and leads to the homonymous waterfall within a half hour. If you want you can start from the downhill side of the Troodos Square, both paths follow along with the "Cold...More

Probably one of the best attractive place to go. You can visit it only by foot, about 20 minutes from Psilo Dendro at Platres (north entry) or from South entry in the main road Platres-Troodos, near Troodos square (30 minutes walking from this side). Amazing!

I felt a lot of danger to finally reach there, my friends carried me with my wheelchair. But worth the trouble! It was a beautiful and wild nature scene to see. Extraordinary.

A good walk to one of Cyprus's best waterfalls, you could just go to the falls or as we did continue beyond and come round in a loop, do wear appropriate gear and take plenty of water

The walk to the fall is fine, takes around 40 min one way and 20 min going back. The fall itself is nice, but not that spectacular if you do not like walking a lot as it takes some time. The trail itself is not...More

The walk to the waterfalls is only 20-25minutes each way, the trees provide great coverage and the foliage is lovely. The waterfalls themselves are pretty buy not large. A pleasant walk and nice to get out in the forest.

Yes, there is a car park at the junction of the main road at the turning into Platres village and the walk leaves from there. There is another way higher up in the mountain but it depends how long a walk you want to go... More

Personally if flat ground is needed I wouldn't recommend it as there are rocks and exposed tree roots. Sorry, your safety comes first.

Because of dry months of summer flow can be very low (not even enough to make it a waterfall). Better have visit during October or November. Best time to visit with hot weather is June.
