We were a family of 5 - 2 seniors, our 2 adult children and 9 year old granddaughter. We were traveling on a cruise and I was having a hard time finding a tour for the day as most included wineries. After dragging our granddaughter through archeological sites for 8 days I just wanted a fun day for her. I found a place called Camel Park but it was not included in any tours and it was an hour from the port. I called Spanos Bus tours and asked if they could build a private tour for just our family around the park - we really wanted to ride camels! They went out of their way to accommodate us and at a really reasonable price. We spent a couple hours at the park laughing, riding camels, feeding lemurs, playing on the playground, etc. our guide Nicholas gave us all the time we wanted as he knew this was the highlight of the day for us. We then went to a wonderful restaurant a block in from the water in Larnaca where we were the only customers and we were beyond pampered. Nicholas introduced us to the owner and helped us choose entrees. Then the food started coming and didn’t stop. One delicious appetizer after another. By the time our meal was served we were full. Then the dessert! Perfect meal and choice of place. We then went to Church of St Lazarus. Beautiful church with St Lazarus’s tomb in a grotto beneath. Then back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. Nicholas was wonderful. We had plenty of time everywhere we went, laughed at his stories, and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Back at the ship as we talked to others about our day, many wished they known about the places Spanos took us to. Most headed in the other direction on Cyprus. We can’t thank Spanos and Nichols for everything they did to make this such a special day for us. We are still telling camel stories! We highly recommend Spanos to anyone traveling in Cyprus and don’t be afraid to ask for customized private tours! They are the best!

Spanos Buses Cyprus is just an unbelievable tour company. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, accommodative, thoughtful, attentive, patient, and are very easy to deal with from the beginning to the end. We were supposed to go on a Mediterranean/Israel cruise on October 10, 2021 that would stop in the Limassol port. My husband and I, and many travelers on the Cruise Critic (on the same cruise) reached out to Spanos Buses Cyprus for a tour in Limassol. Spanos offered us 2 options, with and without a visit to a winery. We are wine enthusiasts and chose option # 2 to taste Cyprian wines. Confirmation of our tour was made promptly, complete with all the detailed instructions on the tour guide, vehicle, payment - to be made at the end of the tour - where to meet etc. When each tour was full, Spanos promptly opened another tour for us. Later we learned that our cruise was unfortunately cancelled because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I wrote to Spanos to inform of the cancellation. Spanos confirmed receipt of my email within 15 minutes, with no cancellation charge. I wish we could take the tour and with all the thoughtfulness, knowledge, promptness and patience, I’m very sure that their tours will be impeccably carried out. Needless to say, we can’t wait to visit Cyprus to experience their tour.

The tour was put together through a group arranged in a Roll Call of our Cruise.
We liked the reviews of the company and liked the proposed shared tour for 5.5 hours, called “Traditional and Modern Cyprus Tour”.
The communication with this company was always quick and clear. They also accommodated very easily the alteration of the date, as a result of an itinerary change of the cruise line. They were also very patient on the day of the tour, regarding the delay on getting the cruisers together, as the ship had ordered some random Covid tests before disembarkation, which delayed the start of our tour.
The bus was waiting for us right outside the cruise terminal.
Our guide, Mary, was knowledgeable, spoke very good English and seemed to be at ease with all of us. She provided some audio devices, so she could be heard when walking and we could respect the social distancing measures.
We visited Kourion Archaelogical site, Omodhos Village in Troodos Mountains (where we had free time) and ended up walking around the old part of Limassol city near the Marina area. We also had beautiful scenic drives to go between places.
It was a very good and pleasant tour, reasonably priced with payment at the end of the tour.

We arrived to Cyprus on a cruise ship and the Spanos Buses Cyprus were waiting for us to arrive, and patiently waited until the last person arrived. When on the bus (a small one, not like the cruise excursions), we received the ear bud thing to listen to the guide. The tour guide was so informative and told all so much - from pomegranates to island history and so forth. We went for a photo stop to Kolossi Castle and then toward the Acropolis, with the Temple of Apollo and famous house with tiles, theatre, etc.. I liked that we had such focus on what we intended to see and seemed to avoid the other tour groups. It felt quite relaxing and easy. After visiting these two sites, we came to the winery, where we tasted 5 wines and the liquor. It was so good that we bought a bottle! Following this we went to the Omodos village and toured some with the guide but had enough time on our own to buy a souvenir.
Back on the ship, I heard that other tour groups rushed around and cut things short, but I was so happy that we chose to go with Spanos Buses because we had such a pleasant experience (and the tour price was such a great price!).
Highly recommend!!!!

We had a group of 13 people, visited limassol on Friday Nov 11.
This company provided Excellent service, out tour guide Dena is very knowledgeable & friendly. Everyone had ear sets so we could hear everything clearly. We had a lady driver Christine, very nice and professional.
Our tour was not rushed. We spent time on all sights. The trip was amazing, went to a couple of old ruins, Dena even modify our tour base on our requirements.
Cost was excellent and below competitors, great value for money. Highly recommend!!!!!

It was one of the best experience I had dealing with a service provider who never failed to deliver 100% as per my expectations. It was the wedding of my daughter last July and we had lots of events and activities and Spanos Buses did an excellent job transporting everybody on time to the different destinations. I cooperated with this company for almost one year and organized half-day or full-day excursions for groups of up to 100pax. It was always a pleasure to work with the team, everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. The organization is professional, the communication is great and there was never a delay. They have different sizes of buses, all are comfortable with air conditioning and always very clean.
I highly recommend this company.

We had an excellent tour. Our guide was engaging and informative and the bus was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed seeing all of the amazing mosaics at the archeological museum. Though we spent quite a bit of time on the bus, the scenery was beautiful, and the commentary made it most enjoyable. We would certainly recommend Spanos Buses Cyprus to anyone.

A group from the cruise ship booked Spanos as a private tour. The day was great! We ended up arriving late in port and Spanos communicated with us appropriately. The tour guide was really informative. She and our driver kept us on time throughout the day, so that we were able to see all the stops on our agenda. The bus could not have been more comfortable. I would definitely recommend Spanos Buses Cyprus.

We really enjoyed our traditional modern Cyprus tour with Spanos Buses and our guide Mary. We had a few photo stops but one highlight was the archaeological site of Kourion where we viewed the remains of homes and mosaics. Also spend time sitting in the theater facing the sea - what a great viewpoint! Then we headed up into the mountains to tour and have free time in the charming village of Omodus. Our final stop was at the Lambouri winery where we tasted several different wines including the unique commandaria (which we bought). Mary made the day special, giving us so much information about Cyprus including information about the invasion by Turkey. The landscape during our drive was just spectacular. I would love to go back and visit again. I'd highly recommend Spanos Buses.
