This was my second time renting a boat with Trident Boat Hire. Last year, my wife and I had a fantastic experience, which is why I decided to return, this time with my son, who is an experienced young sailor, and myself, a professional sailboat skipper.
Kostas and Elena, the company managers, were as friendly and responsive as always. Despite our short notice, and even though the specific boat we had initially requested was fully booked, they graciously offered us an even better alternative.
I want to highlight, just as I did last year, the excellent technical condition of their boats, the professionalism of the support staff, and their responsiveness. The route and destination of this boat trip speak for themselves; it's hard to find words to describe the beauty of the Sea Caves and Blue Lagoon.
Here are a few tips to enhance your experience:
a) Arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled boat departure time. This allows for safety and navigation instructions and gives you ample time to settle down on the boat, especially when you are with kids.
b) If you feel confident operating a speed boat (which isn't difficult, but safety is paramount), consider getting to your destination as quickly as conditions allow. This way, you can enjoy more time snorkeling, cliff jumping, swimming, and other adventurous activities. These bays have so much to offer for those who love this type of adventure.
c) While operating the boat, follow the staff's instructions closely and exercise caution when choosing an anchoring spot in the bay. Not all the captains around you may have enough experience or precision when maneuvering around your boat or your guests.
In summary, I highly recommend Trident Boat Hire for active sea sports and boat enthusiasts like myself. To the staff at Trident Boat Hire, thank you once again for your exceptional service. Keep up the great work, and may you continue to be blessed!

We enquired about hiring a boat a few days before we actually took it out. Elena took time to explain the process and costs and recommended the most suitable craft. On the day of hire Elena again took care of the necessary paperwork. Costas explained where we could & could not go with the boat.
Mike then helped us board the boat and explained how to operate it and the do's & don'ts .
We had a fantastic day exploring the coastline safe in the knowledge we could radio base if we needed to The boat was brilliant in great condition comfortable fast and surprisingly economical

We rented a self drive boat for up to 10 people, the staff was so friendly and professional. Prior our trip they explained everything about how to drive the boat, were to go, etc. The boat was very clean and in excellent condition. They also allowed us to take our dog with us on the boat! Amazing experience and value for money. Highly recommend!! 🤩

I have booked 2 boats just couple of days before our arrival in Cyprus. We've started our trip at 9 o'clock in the morning. The staff members are amazing,giving us a full training,making us feel very comfortable. Giving the fact that my husband and I never drove a boat we knew everything what we had to do from the training we were given,visiting the most amazing places and the most clear waters with amazing views. It was worthing absolutely every penny.We highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back soon #tridentboathire

We were planning on taking a tour on one of the larger boats but stopped at this place on the harbour side and decided to try it instead. In one word, AWESOME! The boats are fairly new and being “rib-type” are extremely stable. We were given a thorough safety briefing and guidance on the route, then helped out to the edge of the harbour and off we went. Speaking of which, the boats REALLY shift, I’d guess over 30mph. They can supply a cool box but you’ll need to bring your own food and drinks.
We had the 100hp Artemis which was fine for 4 of us. It even has a Bluetooth connection so you can spoil the silence ;-) The blue lagoon and surrounding natural harbours were wonderful, we were there in mid October and the sea was 26C, perfectly blue. We headed for the Blue Lagoon first (<25 mins) but in hindsight I’d have done the further harbour first as Blue Lagoon quickly filled up with larger boats and their “hordes”. On the way back it was mostly empty.
We were going to book the 3 hour slot but they very kindly gave us an extra hour for free, definitely take 4 hours if you want some time to snorkel and explore. The staff were really friendly and helpful, I don’t see why you’d look anywhere else, if you’re feeling adventurous (even if you’re not then you just follow the coast line, it’s not hard). We all loved it, best thing of the holiday so far!

Great fun, worth every penny and an experience we will treasure for ever.
We booked with Trident on the day, having picked up leaflets from several operators earlier in the week.
The boats were exceptionally clean, and looked smarter and much newer than the others around the harbour. Being proper Ribs with superb Honda engines the equipment was top notch. 👌 Safety was a priority and the life jackets clean and felt as good as new.
Andrea's and Costa were quick to explain our options and helped us choose the one for a family of 3. Again competitively priced yet the boats seemed better than the rest.
We enjoyed a 4 hour stint, Costa threw in the trailing Fun ring. Dragging my 12 year daughter around was exhilarating for both us!
The Sea Caves were amazing to swim in, more picturesque than any brochure. Access by boat is by far the best way to experience this area.
The safety briefing was clear and straightforward and for someone with no nautical experience these boats are as straightforward as getting in a go-kart. Just think about where to drop anchor and give yourself enough space. If you're not confident ask Costa and he can book you a skipper to take you out if you prefer.
Upon our return we were greeted by Elena, who was pleased to see our huge smiles. We assured her it was the best day of our holiday so far. Couldn't help but notice the tips pot and felt compelled to help top it up.

A great afternoon out with excellent pre-launch instruction by Marios and Costas. You can see the boats are well maintained and cared for and are a great way of spending time to see the Blue Lagoon etc under your own steam. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Trident. They were very professional and gave excellent advice for our trip along the coast. Everything was explained in detail with the emphasis on safety, but also enjoyment. The boat was well presented and for us personally despite normally hiring a boat, we preferred a RIB and will hire one again and use this company. Thank you for an enjoyable few hours!

fantastic experience. We was a little nervous at first, the staff explained the basics and we booked for the day after. We came, everything was explained again and we was on our way. If you do get stuck or you’re unsure you can radio in. The price is definitely worth the experience and you can extend if there is no bookings after you. The staff are amazing. Definitely bring a spare set of clothes, and maybe something to keep you warm. You also get certificates at the end of the trip. If you are a couple, it’s a great way to test your relationship hahahaha
