Private Full-Day Tour from Larnaca to Kykkos Monastery

Most of our trip will pass through the picturesque Troodos mountain range, famous for its magnificent green cedar forests and clean mountain air. There, at the foot of the mountains among vineyards, lies Omodos village, protected by UNESCO. We will continue our journey stopping at the winery, where you will have a chance to taste Commandaria and Zivania among other local wines. Kykkos monastery. One of the miraculous icons of the Virgin Mary, which is said to have been painted by St. Luke during her lifetime, is kept here. After that, you will have a chance to enjoy local food at a restaurant and do some shopping in the square in front of the monastery.

A spot to stop and reflect for a while, easily accessed along the promenade between beach and harbour. The memorial has plaques on all four sides, the same message in different languages (including english contrary to other reviews)

At this point many Albanian refugees from this genocide made the journey to Cyprus - Cyprus now has a large Armenian population. The memorial is at the end of Finikoudes Beach on the promenade near the entrance to the marina. Worth a visit as you walk the promenade.

Walk from the beach towards the marina and you will see this on the right hand side almost at the entrance of the Marina. One has to stop here to remember the atrocities that man can still do to another man,

The memorial is located by the marina in Larnaca - it has a very interesting look. The text is not in English so if you want to read it you need to know Greek.
