It is full of contemporary art that is realistic but in a cinematic style. The atmosphere in the studio is extremely relaxed, Theo and his wife are extremely easy to talk to and their passion for their artwork is so inspirational. Myself and my partner took some pieces to put up in our flat in the UK. It was a pleasure talking to the artist and his wife, who were both hospitable and passionate. While lunching in one of Larnaca’s best Italian restaurants, Marzano, we noticed the walls of the restaurant were lined with prints by local artist, Theo Michael. His gallery was less than 10 minutes away where we met the artist and his wife Anja who were so hospitable, informative and charming. My wife and I really liked Theo’s work and we spent some time looking through a huge portfolio of his paintings and sketches hanging in his gallery before buying a print. We will go back for sure. I would be keen to choose and buy an original painting when we have more time to browse.

Towards the end of a great holiday in Larnaca we came across Theo Michael’s Art Gallery & what a gem to find ! His art -the variety & beauty is most impressive & the stories that go with it are so enjoyable. Theo Michael is such an interesting man , full of conversation, information, & enthusiasm, we were also delighted to meet his wife Anja , our visit was short but we look forward to future visits to the Studio & to sharing a glass or bottle or two with Theo Michael & Anja. Visitors to Larnaca who like to collect some art on their travels will find a visit here both rewarding & enjoyable. Edward & Margaret

What a true gem of a place. We spotted some of Theo’s work in a restaurant in Larnaca then rushed round to the gallery. We were greeted by Theo himself and his lovely wife Anya who made some Cypriot coffee for us. They were so lovely and informative. We then walked round the gallery and bought a lovely picture which is being sent to Scotland for us. You absolutely must visit.

Cozy little gallery. Theo’s work is amazing. His wife was there and told us a little bit about the paintings - very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately you can’t really watch Theo while he paint, that would have been even better

I own Kalimera B&B near Larnaca and when my guests ask me where they can buy an unusual, good quality gift to take back home Theo's Drawing Room is top of the list. Theo works in a beautiful studio, full of character, right in the centre of town. It's easy to find and you can park right outside. There is always a warm welcome from the lovely Anja, Theo's wife and Theo himself is always there, creating his next masterpiece. Whether it's an original painting you want, a signed print, a calendar, a copy of Theo's new book or just a few greetings cards, our guests always remark that they've had a great shopping experience. Art lessons with Theo are also an option and although none of our guests have stayed long enough to take part it's a great idea for those on longer trips. Theo is well known around town and his artworks can be seen on the walls of many local restaurants.

Whilst out for dinner in larnaca I discovered the artwork on the walls of Marzanos. Beautiful pieces depicting various scenes in and around cyprus. I loved them

great experience, only problem is deciding which piece to buy as I loved it all. The art reflects Larnaka and its culture in a unique style that holds your gaze and stirs your nostalgic experience of the city in its traditional and modern era

Very interesting art studio hidden away in a side street near the centre of Larnaca town. Theo gives a brilliant insight into his life in Cyprus. Plenty of lovely pictures for sale at reasonable prices.

We have been visiting Theo a number of years now. Whenever we are in Cyprus we always pop in. Theo and Anya are welcoming and happy to sit down and chat with us. We are able to catch up with progress and his latest pieces. I particularly like his pencil drawings, and have a pen and ink work of one of the old Larnaca buildings ready to hang on my wall.

If you're interested in local art, this wonderful studio is well worth a visit. Theo is a very talented and humble artist. You can purchase original oil paintings or prints, and there's never ever any pressure to buy. A million miles away from the tacky 'art' I've seen in the tourist shops. This is a real find.

We sell greeting cards from 3.50 Euro, silk scarves and umbrellas with art images, fine art prints from 75 Euros. and original oil paintings starting from 2000 Euros.
